My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

When does the "cycle" usually become regular?!?! Mine keeps coming at random times and now, it's not coming at all! The last time I got it was February 24???

Its totally normal. It takes about 2-3 years for your period to be reguarly normal. x0

I've been sick for the past 2-3 days and I don't know what I have. My throat hurts really bad (but it feels like its more my tonsils). And the back of my neck is hurting really bad also, like a really bad headache, and then I also have a normal headache. I get dizzy and then I feel like vomiting. Hi,
I'm a kind of story-editor online. People write stories, look through an 'editor directiory', a site I'm part of, and choose the editor best suited to their story. If I'm chosen, they email me and I will work on this story. The thing is, this is a very full-time job and I'm editing for around 7 people at a time, constantly. They usually have anything up to 50 chapters, at an average length of 3000 words per chapter. I can't do this much work, especially with exams coming up...plus I spend all my free time on Advicenators now. I want to quit my editing because it's just not fun for me any more and it's too much work, but I dunno....I feel like I'll have failed if I quit. And I also feel like quitting that is a step towards quitting other things, like this website. I'm scared that if I let myself quit one thing, I'll end up eventually getting bored of this place and quitting here too, and I really don't want to do that. What do I do?
Plus, how do I tell the owner of the editor directory that I want to quit? She's become a great friend of mine and I don't want to disappoint her. If anyone can think of any good excuses, or a better way to phrase mine...please give them.

If you dont like it then just quit. Its better to do something that you love then spend your time on something that you dont. You wont let the owner down, she will understand if she is a great friend. Just let her know how you feel. x0

Does anyone know what I could use to clean my laptop screen without damaging it?

Well I have a flat screen but its kinda like a laptop screen. Take a paper towel and put a lil Windex on it and lighty clean it. Make sure your computer screen is off tho. x0

I have glasses and I think that is the reason why no boyz like me. My friend, Zoe, is beautiful, gets all the boyz, all the girlz wanna be her friend, and she gets like an I-POD and an electric gutair and stuff. I think that you should just ask him. Im not sure of any other ways that you can find out unless you ask his friend and they might now. If you want to "hook" up with this guy then just ask him because you will have to know if he has other girls or not. It shouldnt be a big deal! x0

I have a pair of Berkenstocks that are very noisey when I walk. The leather squeaks when it rubs against the buckles with every step. Is there something I can treat them with to get rid of the squeak?

First of all you arn't a bad friend at all. People cant just stop being your friend because they love you and care for you. Do you really want to push your friend away and say dont be my friend? Conair products never work !! I have Revlon and its around $20 and it works really good. Get Revlon with gold plates. x0
