Its normal for /anyone/ the masturbate. Its perfectly normal, healthy even, and theres nothing wrong with it! The only difference between masturbation and intercourse is that you're doing it to yourself, by yourself. And you can't get an STD. Foreplay is foreplay, just the pre-sex deal. MAsturbation is something you can do almost anytime. :)

Yes it very normal for a girl to masterbate. In advice sections in magazines it says that its a way of getting to no you better. But i dont really like the idea about masterbating! but thats your choice.
