so recently i bought an abercrombie kids guys polo, destroyed. The collar is not hard like the other normal polos and the button area is very flat. it doesnt have the right feel or fit to it. the collar is really messed up. also i have a none destroyed polo which is also the same. But what exactly is an ‘isotonic’ drink?
Isotonic drinks are often preferred to water by athletes because they contain a small amount of carbohydrate (less than 8%) and sodium. This carbohydrate content provides a small amount of extra energy – always helpful on a long run – but it’s the sodium that’s crucial.
In these drinks, you find the same concentration of sodium as you get in blood plasma. And – quick lesson in ancient Greek coming up – here’s how the word came about: "iso" means "equal", and "tonos" means "pressure". Put them together and you get "isotonic". Not that the ancient Greeks had Lucozade of course, but they had a word for it!
Anyway! When sodium is absorbed into the blood from the small intestine it takes water with it. This helps replace the sodium lost through sweating and also reduces the amount of water excreted from the body.
Dehydration can severely impair your sporting performance so drinking isotonic drinks that help to re-hydrate you more effectively than plain water can improve your performance whether you’re taking part in an endurance event or just trying to get through your aero-funk-butt-sculpt class without pegging out!

So I thought this summer was gonna be really awesome and all, but I've pretty much been bored since I've been out of school. My friends never want to do anything exciting or they're not available. I'm also waiting on two jobs right now, but I'm so bored that I just really feel like getting a ton of jobs so I'm not just sitting here online all summer. I deleted the one I just posted because I realized that I left out crucial information: Yesterday I had a major fight with Tania and I spoke to our Human Resources person.Tania (the manager)has been picking fights with everyone.She fought with Nancy, she fought with Regina whose the quietist person on the face of the planet),she fought with Lenny, etc.Yesterday I was at Lennys terminal because I needed to look up a phone number.Tania saw me and said can I see you for a second.When I was in her office she then told me that I should not ever talk to my coworkers,that we are here to work, not talk to one another. Well that is when I said to her why was she fighting with everyone. And she said if my coworkers have a problem with her then my coworkers should tell her.I said to her that she is not the owner of the company that the CEO of our company is. That she is just an employee like the rest of us. She told me that if I am not happy I should do what makes me happy and I should call Human Resources.So I told I will and I did.She said she will give me the phone number to call but first she has to call and tell them to expect my call.She did that and ten minutes later I spoke to James of HR privately so no one else could hear what I told him.I told him everything about her, how she is fighting with everyone, how she does not want us to talk to one another, how she wont let us go in the break room during the day to have a cup of coffee.I also told him that on Friday when she went out to a meeting everyone was so relaxed, that they did their work but they had fun doing it and we all took brakes to speak to one another.He said that when the Regional comes back from vacation he will talk to her.James could not believe what he was hearing. What do u think? (TANIA REPLACED OUR FORMER MANAGER(A GUY) WHO EVERY ONE LOVED. HE KNEW HOW TO MANAGE SHE BULLIES and Today no one spoke to Tania at all and she hardly spoke to us. Go for a phone without all the bullshit on it. A simple flip phone that also has a camera is all you need, and they seem to break less. The cooler cameras usually suck at first because they're rushed and flawed. So fuck fanciness, just look like a nice cheap basic phone and you'll be set for years (I'm serious, my old Sprint phone almost lasted 2 years).
