I get those sometimes when I don't sleep enough. I use foundation to cover it up most the time. You can also try using a lighter eyeshadow to lighten it a bit. I hope that helps. =)

Concealer works wonders. Get a shade one shade lighter than your skin tone.

Other things you can try:
- cold spoons held under your eyes [more for puffiness]
- cucumber slices
- tea bags [cheap Lipton ones work better]
- cold facecloth

If they're TRULY bad [they likely seem worse to you] you could see a doctor; there could be something different with the way your blood circulates.

Or, as sillyrob mentioned, drugs [legal or otherwise] could also affect this. Don't stop taking, like, something important, but if you take cough syrup everyday, stop for a few days and see if the situation improves.

:)

The advice that the person below me gave works for puffiness around your eyes, not for dark circles.

Your dark circles are probably genetic, which is why they won't go away. All I can give you for advice is to say that you should invest in a good coverup stick & blend it into the area around your eyes.

Either you have natural dark circles under your eyes, or you're hiding the fact you're a crackhead. Either way, there's this stuff called makeup that can cover it up.

I didn't evem say you were, it was part of an option that might have been true or not. You don't need to foul language, seeing as how you are a young kid.
