Other things you can try:
- cold spoons held under your eyes [more for puffiness]
- cucumber slices
- tea bags [cheap Lipton ones work better]
- cold facecloth
If they're TRULY bad [they likely seem worse to you] you could see a doctor; there could be something different with the way your blood circulates.
Or, as sillyrob mentioned, drugs [legal or otherwise] could also affect this. Don't stop taking, like, something important, but if you take cough syrup everyday, stop for a few days and see if the situation improves.

Your dark circles are probably genetic, which is why they won't go away. All I can give you for advice is to say that you should invest in a good coverup stick & blend it into the area around your eyes. [ fatallygorgeous's advice column | Ask fatallygorgeous A Question ]

I didn't evem say you were, it was part of an option that might have been true or not. You don't need to foul language, seeing as how you are a young kid. [ sillyrob's advice column | Ask sillyrob A Question ]
