you could try to use a heavier pad like lets say you use regular now... try to go up a size like wear an overnight size... hope that helped... and it was what you were looking for =]

I've started seeing a guy and I have fallen totally head over heels for him. He assures me he feels the same, and as they say, actions speak louder than words and he clearly does love me to bits.
The problem is, that I just can't understand what he sees in me and find myself doubting the relationship all the time, and I can't let myself relax because I'm so sure he'll break my heart. This isn't his problem, it's completely about me, but how can I get over this without ruining the relationship, and without him thinking I am completely neurotic!

your problem is .. is that you think that your not good enough for him, not pretty enough, not popular enough.. so what you have to do is learn to love yourself.. push the thought that you have in your head of you thinking that he will break up with you.. you have to evaluate yourself... write a pros list.. of things that you like about yourself or like write up a summery about yourself.. then maybe you can pick out little things that you know he likes about you.. maybe ask him why he likes you so you can start to be confindent in yourself =] i hope i helped and that everything works out like you want it too.. and if you need anything else let me know =]

I play field hockey, which mostly requires running, but now I'm off-season, and I need to do track.


In order to try out, you have to do push ups, sits ups, pull ups....all that fun stuff.

My question is, how exactly can you improve the amount of push-ups you do? I can do a few, but I want to be able to do more.

i do field hockey too =] i love it hehe.. okay anywayy.. push ups huh... well you have to work on your upper body strangth then.. so start by lifting weights and stuff to build your arm muscles..

ps. start off with girl push ups... i don't know how to describe to you what they are... but someone in your family should know how to do them if you don't hope i helpeddd =]

i would have to say not tampax pearl.. but tampax JUNIORS because it is aimed for starting girls.. and they are just the right size so it doesn't hurt or anything.. that's what i use and they seem to work wonderfully =] if you need anything else let me know =] i'm here to help

ok.....i have curly/wavy hair...but i spend 30 mins. everyday straiting it and i'm afraid im straiting it and its frying my hair!! i like it straitened...but its dull and boring...i wish i could wear it curly...but its just frizzy and i try everythign to make it not frizzy...but i cant really find anything...any ideas?

i use v05 curvaceous curls styling mousse (extra hold) it works good.. or you could use frizz-ease from john frita? i think it is.. that's supposed to work good.. its like a syrum that you just put in your hair and it should take the frizz out .. hope i helped =]

I've had the same pimples on my face for what seems like months. How can I get rid of them? I don't think they're scars..They are red bumps. If it is scars, is there anyway to get them to fade?
