thats a website with a few arm workouts.
Then do girl push ups when your knees are on the ground. Then when those get easy, you can start to do regular pushups but only do a few then again when those get easy start doing more. Eventually youll be able to do more.
Hope this helps.
orphans answered Wednesday January 4 2006, 12:46 pm: your going to have to practice a lot. a reaally good way is to do them against the wall. it might sound easy, but if you do it the right way, its not. its also tiring, but it'll help you develop the muscles
Alicia && good luck! [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
MikeCFT answered Tuesday January 3 2006, 8:57 pm: Come on man, don't do the girl push-ups, do Diamond push-ups which are when ur hands are close enough to make a diamond shape. Work on your pullups because this will lead to total body strength since it involves almost every muscle in the body to perform CORRECTLY. Make sure your chest touches the floor when you do push-ups or it doesnt count. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]
