My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

i have these HUGE addiction to coffee and diet coke. it'd be ok if i wasn't 14! i think i'm not growing as much because of it, but i need the morning shot to make me awake. i need to be taller but i also need my drinks! help?

Try drink less of it everyday. Caffine doesnt make you stop growing or anything so why do yu have to stop drinking it? X0`

i really like this boy, and my friend found out that i liked him, and she's being stirring rumours that arent true and she found out that the boy i like has alot of common things with me and she is trying to be his perfect image which is me i recently found out that they are going out what should i do

First of all she isnt your true friend. A real friend would never do that to you. She knows you like him to she wanted to have him to herself. Dont worry about it because she seems like a bitch! Ask the guy about it and see why? Thats just ignorant if she is going out with him. X0`

I think that he likes you. If he hasnt asked you out yet, dont worry about it. Like he said he wants to get to know you better and thers nothing wrong with that. He will ask you out but just give him a little more time. X0`

Hi ima 16 year old female not that it matters but i wanted to know something... i tan alot in the summer but never put any product on me.. and i wanted to know good products to help me tan faster and dark.. i have a dark complexion and im not worried about burning cause ive never burned... so if you have any suggestions and comments about what the product tell me... and tell me about how much it is and where to get it... thanks buches ill rate high

Use bronzers. Bombshell or California Tan. Go to one of your tanning salons and ask them for a cream or lotion. They arent that expensive.. about $ 10-15. X0`

ok i get this report about how i do in school each week. and when i 1st started getting it my dad said that if i get ONE bad thing on it than i am grounded for the whole weekend...no phone. no computer. no friends. no tv. no music. and then something bad was on it and i really dont wanna b grounded this weekend so i told him i forgot it somewhere and that i cant find it so he told me that he wanted to see it on monday and i was free this weekend but he said that if i forget it on monday or if its bad than i get grounded for 2 weeks...and in the next two weeks ill be going to 6 flags and the kiss concert so i dont know what to do because i dont know if he would take those 2 things away from me because he payed for them both..what should i do? be free for this weekend and have a good time like a plannned?? or risk being grounded for 2 weeks..but then again he might forget..please answer! soooon! ill rate.

You should just say you forgot it but tell him what was on it. Dont try to get out of your punishment. If you lie to him he will find out. He will even ground you more. Get your punishment over with. Hes being a little too strict. Tell him that it isnt fair that you get grounded every weekend. Also that you were having a bad day. Make sure you try your hardest to get a better report next time. my history teacher and i dont get on. i was quite a disruptive student in year 8 and 9. he used to teach geography which i cudnt do. he now teaches history. he always picks on me. if the class is noisy hel immediatly blame me. he sends me out for the slightest thing. like for saying im lost or i dont understand.its really getting me down. we just had a project to do and i tryed really hard and i only just got over half marks..what shall i do? cos the haed usually goes on the teachers side more than the students.

Tell your parents. Make sure they know why you are getting in trouble and how your teacher is. Im not sure why he would only pick on you but your parents might be able to do something about it. You could also tell the principal. Tell them when ever you ask for help or say you're lost that he yells at you or sends you out. But the next time he does it just leave to the office because he isnt doing his job right. X0`

I totally love wearing that! You can wear basketball shorts, cute tee. Maybe a t-shirt from your school or just something cute. If you have burkenstocks wear them with bright socks. The point of this outfit you arent realyl supposed to match and its just so cute and fun! You can eather leave your hair down and straight, messy bun, or just a regular pony tail. Put some eyeliner on and you're done! X0`

I used to like soda and I would have like 2 a day. Then I started drinking water,fruit smoothies, and juice. I always drank that and then I never wanted soda. I dont like it as much but try drinkng some other things. You will get used to it and barley drink soda. X0`

hey it is nikki okay me and my ex boyfriend have been broke up for 3 weeks and actually a month today. anyways we are always kissing and holding hands hugging and stuff like that. well this morning in first period he told me he loved me and that i was the only girl he cared alot about, well he knows i love him and i have told him i loved him and he replies back "i love you too and yes i do want to go back out with you too" well we both want each other back. well after lunch see i was jealous of my best friend monica and she likes him and he liked her, but i told him that if he dated her that i would never talk to him ever again. so he told me that he wasn't going out with her and that he knew me longer and he wanted to remain friends, so i made a big deal out of it and i told monica that you don't date your best friends ex boyfriend or girlfriend and she was like " your gonna have to move on get over it, well i threaten to kick her butt if she did. so jeremy found out about it and now all of us are straight. then after lunch he ignored me well wasnt really ignoring me but he just walked off with monica didnt even say hey or bye tro me, well anyways um back to the first part well we act like we go out but without a title you know so the question is how can i get him back? ui mean he wants to go back out with me and he has had a month to think about it and i understand why it takes so long. see the reason we broke up was because i cheated on him. i kissed another guy and i wasnt myself today i had went to my friends house and i was messed up but how can i get him back plz help

It might take him a while so he could trust you again. You shouldnt of ever cheated on him but you cant take it back. Since you both want to go back out just let him know that you will never ever do that to him again! And that you are really sorry. He just has o trust you again. yea well you see im really worried b/c today my boyfriend for about 1 month and a couple weeks IMs me and is all like do u think were moving too slow? and i asked him in what way and he was like well u know...so i asked him what he wants...but he didnt tell me yet.
