FunnyCide answered Friday May 6 2005, 11:41 am: A vegetarian does not eat meat such as steaks, hamburgers, bacon etc. but they will eat by-products from these animals (milk, cheese, yogurt, eggs etc.) and will eat meat that isn't 'bloody' such as fish and poultry. Vegans do not eat any kind of meat at all, nor will they eat the by-products from animals (milk, eggs, cheese etc.) and they will not wear animal furs or skins.

vegitarians eat everythign but meat..they do eat eggs, milk, cheese etc..
hitler_the_goat answered Thursday May 5 2005, 10:58 pm: vegans are straight up herbivores
veggies will eat cheese and milk.
i had a run in with a vegan a while ago, and what a surprise, she was a rude mindless bitch who follows fads so as to be nonconformist. so i declared this and told her off for insulting my cobia grilling skills.
if you are in a plane crash, eat the vegans first, they're closer to the bottom of the food chain, and so will be more nutritious.

Martini_Kiss answered Thursday May 5 2005, 10:40 pm: Vegitarians, normally eat vegtables, and sometimes animal made products(ie. butter, milk, cheese, ice cream), just not the meat itself. Of course there are some vegitarians, that will eat fish, and poultry they just won't eat red meat, there are about 4 different "types" of vegitarians.
Vegans however.. won't use anything that comes from an animal, nor eat it.
Leather, make-up, wool, butter, cheese, milk.. etc.
OrionsFire answered Thursday May 5 2005, 10:39 pm: Vegans do not eat or use (leather coats, etc.) animal by products. Anything that came from or out of an animal is against their beliefs.
A vegetarian doesn't eat meat, but they do drink milk and other animal by products. Often they still eat fish though because they don't technically consider it an animal due to the muscle. [ OrionsFire's advice column | Ask OrionsFire A Question ]
