ok i am a 13 year old boy. i listen to rap music all of the time. its my favorite kind of music. and because i am always listening to it on my iPod all of the kids in my school call me a wigger, but im not. i just like rap music. i dont act black at all, i just listen to rap music. i dont know what to do.

listening to a certian music type shouldnt make you get called names, you just like that certain type of music. wigger is just a stereotype, much like prep, goth, jock, ect. the stereotype of the wigger usually involves a young white person who generally knows little about the the culture they are appropriating, with the exception of the music, style, and slang associated with that culture. in this case, the culture is hip-hop or african american. personally, i like rap music too. but i also like rock, alternativem, and some country. sorry to tell you this, but you cant really do much about this situation. as long as your true to yourself and happy, it shouldnt really matter what they think of you. i know, it does though. maybe try not listening to your ipod as much in school or public places. or try adding a couple pop or rock songs too. or if you dress "black" then just stop. haha, im sorry that they judge you though. thats not cool :(

hun, the only way that you are gonna have fun, is if you dont really think about it. just let your body move to the music. go crazy [but not too crazy]. freak dancing is basically a sexually suggestive form of dancing that includes grinding the hips and pelvic area. try facing each other, and straddle each others thighs. let your body move to the music. and it should come natural. the girl commonly does all the work with her hips while the guy mainly follows. just dont be scared to have a good time. and if you feel that your going to far or fast - you can ALWAYS back off or walk away.

If you have really sensitive skin, should you be getting your eyebrows waxed?

i have really sensitive skin too. but hoenstly, you really only need to get your eyebrows waxed like once. then just keep the shape and pluck the little hairs that grow back. after waxing, your skin is more sensitive and can be prone to irritation, so i reccommend doing these things after waxing.. [1] gently wash the waxed area with an antibacterial soap in warm water, [2] hold off on taking hot baths (for at least 2 hours), [3] avoid ultra-violet rays from tanning beds and sunbathing (for at least 48 hours), [4] Resist the sauna and steam room (for at least 48 hours). if you pluck them - then it helps if you put lotion on immedietly after. it helps take care of those ugly red bumps that come. also, icing it also helps alot.

#1----- first off - you shouldnt be leading on your boyfriend now. just be honest with him. and tell him you dont have those little warm fuzzies for him anymore - like you used to. also try mentioning that you guys dont see eachother enough and its hard to keep a realtionship without talking alot. tell him you still wanna be friends though, but dont use the corny line "were better off friends" because thats pretty much like the worst thing possible that you can say. #2----- okay for the second one - if she is your best friend then you should be completely honest with her. i know its kinda scary and she might be mad at you for a day or two - but if you guys are really truely best friends, she wont be able to stay mad at you esp. over a boy. personally, i would try not seeing if her boyfriend likes you - because if he does and they break up, she might try to blame the whole thing on you. and you deffinitally dont want that. but you can tell him - if you want. just say something like "from all the time we have been spending togetehr lately, ive realised we have a lot in common and i guess ive realised i have feelings for you as more than a friend. i know your with so-and-so and i dont want to interfere but i just wanted to be honest" or something like that. make sure you include that you dont wanna interfere with his girlfriend now but that you also like him. as for the dancing part - anyone can dance with anyone. so really its not a big deal. would your best frined be happy if she foudn out? eh, prolly not. but who cares? you were just having a good time and enjoying yourself. and so was he.

hey amber. thats cool that you made one. you cant "get" or make a layout unless your a mod 2 or higher [ which means you have a payed account or you have had your coulmn for years and years ] youve gotta live witht he ones they give you. you have to go to coulmn settings on the left side when you click like home and stuff. then under "Approved Public Styles" you pick your favorite layout/ then keep going down and under "Your Column Colors" you can choose the colors or backrounds you want and suchh.

well, im assuming your a girl - most women[almost all] shave it or wax it. getting pubic hair just means your in puberty. i would leave it if i were you until it becomes an issue or gets to be to much. for example.. it gets on the inner part of your thighs - that will be a problem in the summertime while your wearing a cute bikini or something.

Well, I bought some proactive awhile back but didn't use it correctly so it didn't work so well. When I would use it it seemed to work, but then if I forgot about it they would come back..So I'm just wondering for people who are/have used this product if it's working for them. I recently orderd more, and when it get's in I'll use it correctly so it won't be such a pain but I wanted to know so if not I don't waste my time. Also, does anyone know of any better/ faster working products?

for me [atleast] proactive doesnt work. its different for everyone. some it works and some it doesnt. because you didnt use it correctly - you have yet to find out which one you are. if it doesnt work - then i reccomend try getting this : Tretinoin Cream, USP by SPEAR Dermatology Products. i had to get a percrition for it from the doctor but it was less expensive than proactive. all it is is a cream and you dot it on your problem spots and it dries them out. id deffinitally give it a try. proactive does dry out your face [like otehr people said] but i know lotsa people who have gotten great skin from it. so its sorta up to you. try proactive again and if it doesnt work see a doctor and ask about this stuff. it works wonders.

hey there - well honestly, if you like her than you should go for her. even though you guys live far - if its meant to work out, then it will. as long as you guys dont live in like opposite sides of the country or something, you should be able to make time for eachother. some girls show their affection for one differently from the others. so maybe your really used to girls all over you when they are interested. but she could be different. or like you said - just falt out doesnt feel as strong for you. oh, and she prolly can do just fine without you because shes doing it right now [ right? ]. but you never know, she could be 24902301754 times better with you. let her know you are interested and try to mkae plans soon. as her to go somewhere. but not like the movies or something. just talk to her. as friends first. then maybe ask her out later. asking out in person is like way more special. good luck with her.

i am a 14 year old girl and i have had the hair down there (you know what im talking about) for awhile. all of a sudden it is just falling out, its like im shedding. i dont know what this means like if its a conditon or something. please help me.

im not really sure what is happening but id talk to your doctor about it. it sounds like you might have a rash or something so id go like asap or atleast soon. just be honest with them and tell them like exactly what you just told me. thats what doctors are for. and they are professionals. i tryed looking it up online.. but i couldnt really find anything like sorta useful for you or what it may be. i know that you start "shedding" or thinning when you get pregnent or after childbirth. but i think you are a little early for that.. so i doubt thats the reason. if you have thyroid problems then that may be the cause of it. but id deffinitally ask your doctor or a gyno.

So basically i LOVE this boy. I'm scared to tell him though. I dont want to be rejected esp. by him. Im basically the only girl who likes him. I'm popular and he isnt (hes popular with girls but in like an "aww hah hes so fruity" way && his guy friends who are popular talk shit about him) , most people think hes gay but i know hes not. They just dont take the time to figure hom out. Hes pretty cute, a baby cute way.I've liked him since the beginning of the school year. He *was* in all my classes and we used to talk, hes not in my classes anymore so i cant get to him. I barely ever talk to him now but his classes are close to mine so i see him often. I notice (and so do alot of other people, ** they dont know i like him they just think hes being weird) that he looks at me when im near him and he listens in when i talk to my friend that are near him, the way he looks at me makes me think i might have a chance but i can never be sure. He might just think im really weird and feel compelled to look my way. Hes *kind of* a good boy and im a party girl im mite be too much for him. I especially feel bad when hes soo close to me but he doesnt say anything he just looks at me =[ I dont know what to do!! I like him soo much but i dont think i could ever tell him. I look at his myspace and realize we have sooo much in common, our favorite bands, activities, and random stuff. ANY ADVICE?

hun, it sounds like hes totally into you. the fact he looks at you and gets close is becasue hes interested but he is scared of making a bad impression infront of you- so he doesnt say much. maybe you should try just hanging out one on one. maybe just invite him over one night and listen to music or play some ball in the back yard. just get him not shy around you and feel comfortable. but you inviting him over - it kinda shows you like him without you actually telling him. and if you do find out that he doesnt like you [which i doubt but who knows- all boys are different] then you can say you didnt mean it anything more than just two friends hanging out. make him more comfortable around you [again] and then sometime just casualally ask him who he likes. or say something like.. "oh, i heard you liked so and so.. is that true?" "no" "oh, well who do you like" or something like that. kinda sneaky and creative. i wouldnt worry about being popular or not because that really shouldnt matter. if you like him - go for him.

ok, there is this girl that is in the group that i hang out with. i've known her for 3 years now and i'm about to loose it with her. just everything she does just sets me off. she always makes rude remarks under her breath about me and talks behind my back all the time. she gives me rude looks and just flat out ignores me sometimes. what really made me mad, all my good friends play soccer and i play basketball, so they all started a team and i wanted to be on it. so this "friend" and her mom were organizing the whole thing, and a month in advance i asked her to join and she said she'd give me the papers. well now, a month later, i asked her again and she said "oh, its to late now." alright, well then a friend tells me that she said she didn't want me on the team because she said i would be talk to my best friend too much and she wanted to talk to her. i cannot tell you how frusterated i am with her. any advice? oh, and by the way, i talked to her about it awhile ago, and she just exploded at me and said i was the rudest person she ever met and how i wasn't a friend at all. ugh!! what am i to do?

first off - lemme start by saying i can totally relate. theres this girl in a group of my friends i really cant stand. and all of them play soccer and i play basketball as well. anyway - personally, id just ignore her. shes completely jealous of you and what you and your best friend[s] have together. what she wants to do it actually see that shes bugging you and that its getting to you. so you gotta make sure you dont show that. i know you get super frustrated and i dont blame you. but forreal - she wants to be like you. maybe even take your place. she hopes by talking bad about you that other people will start to agree with what she says and start to not like you. shes prolly not very well liked [ because she talks about people and shes rude] and you prolly are. the whole soccer team thing - id just go to all the games and cheer the team on. then plan sleepovers or get togethers with everyone on the team except her for after. [ haha ] she will be like really wanting to go but try your hardest for her not too. but if you do that - you have to be ready for even more rude comments about you coming up because shes so pissed. just be ready and have a good excuse. (ex. we didnt have room in my car, my mom said no more people). maybe also you should talk to your best friend and make sure that no matter how much time she spends with her - to watch her back. because if this girl is rude to you. then who knows whos next on her list. like i said - dont show her it gets to you. im sorry about this.. good luck!
