Question Posted Thursday April 27 2006, 4:15 pm

I just turned 16 and I want a job, but I don't want to work at a busy place (like a grocery store, blockbuster, etc.). Any ideas?

hair salon would be a good idea..BUT it's illegal to work there, even if you are just sweeping, if you dont have a cosmetic lisence. A restaurant, toy store, or bookstore might be the best. I work at a dry cleaners, and a lot of people come in, but for the most part its pretty easy, so that might be a good idea for you too. Just where ever you see a "now hiring" fill out an application.

Work at a small store or a resturant. Resturants are probably the best idea.
