I just turned 16 and I want a job, but I don't want to work at a busy place (like a grocery store, blockbuster, etc.). Any ideas?

i know blockbuster and hibbett sports (if you have one) dont hire until 18.. but you could try like payless, radio shack, starbucks, a dollar store.. places like that.. ]
hair salon would be a good idea..BUT it's illegal to work there, even if you are just sweeping, if you dont have a cosmetic lisence. A restaurant, toy store, or bookstore might be the best. I work at a dry cleaners, and a lot of people come in, but for the most part its pretty easy, so that might be a good idea for you too. Just where ever you see a "now hiring" fill out an application. ]
hair salon. a resturaunt. the vet [as like a phone person]. pet grooming. a local gym. craft store. shoe store. sports goods store. spa. borders/book shop. starbucks/coffee shop. secret shopper. tele-marketer. cook. cashier. carwash.
or go here [ [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ] and type in your zip code/ it will show you lotsa job offerings near you.
hope this helps!! :] ♥ ]
maybe you could try a hair-cut place or something where you'll get payed but there wouldnt be too many people there
good luck on finding a job!

Work at a small store or a resturant. Resturants are probably the best idea. ]
