i want to be on the volleyball team next year... but i suck at volleyball. i have all summer and i want 2 get good, but i cant join a team because im going to be on vacation in july. how do i learn 2 play?

I do volleyball every year and its acually not that hard to learn. When you are on your vacation ask to play with your family. You have to know the normal hits and everything. Learn to bump,set,spike,pass and everything. Just have fun with it and you will learn in no time! ♥

okay so ive been goin out with this guy for like 2 months and we're both 14. i really like him alot and i want to invite him over to my house. but i dont know how to keep him entertained... because its not like i can have him in my bedroom because my parents will b home. what can we do? i never had a boy over to my house before so im kinda new at all this. please help me quick. and i dont want some things like play board games... cuz thats lame... or do alot of people do that with their boyfriends and girlfriends?

Since your parents are going to be home there isnt much you can do. Go to your room and rent a good movie. Just lay by him and you guys could talk. Make out or something and just have fun. ♥

oK, SORRY FOR THE LENGTH...ok well i was talking to my friend online(he is a guy lets call him Tod) and he was saying that him and his friend(lets call him Ben) called my house to see if i wanted to come over, but i wasn't there so i couldn't. And when i was talking with him online he said that they had drinks(we are all 14 by the way) and they wanted me to come over to have more fun, and when i asked what type of fun it was they said, "A girl and guys getting wasted not caring what they are doing, like any base" So i just went along with it and then they said next time i should come. I mean i want to come and i want to hang out with them, bc they are my really good friends, but i dont know what will happen if i drink...any advice?!!! I RATE HIGH FOR ANYONE WHO ANSWERS!!!!

Hmm.. Im guessing that they just want to get you drunk so you can do something. Now, if you are drunk you will pretty much do whatever and not know it later. You could go over there and just not drink too much so you are drunk and dont let them take control over you. If you want you can do any "base" but at least dont do it while you're drunk because there is a lot of consiquences! Just be careful. I still think that they are using alchocol as an exuse just to get you to do something even if they are your good friends. ♥

My guy friends giving me hints that he likes me. There are plenty of them except he likes another girl & our whole class knows that he does (ever her). Sometimes it seems like if he likes her & could tell her then if he likes me why couldn't he tell me? The signs are big & they're really hinting toward liking (talks to me on the phone for a long time, memorized my phone number, always finds an excuse to touch me, gazes into my eyes etc). How can I confront him about this?

Well there's a 50-50% chance that he eather likes you as a really close friend or more. Friends can talk to on the phone for a really long time and memorize phone numbers but still. He might like you a little bit but just doesnt want to admit it since you guys are really close friends. When you guys are talking you should just bring up the subject and ask him about it. ok so my friend (Amber) is so confused and i dont no how to help her. This guy that she has liked asked her out and she said yes. Well then a couple days later this other guy asked her out and she really liked him to, but he is moving. She is having seconed thoughts about this hole thing. Loosing weight is acually not that hard but if you try hard. Every night after dinner, go out for a 1 or 2 hour walk. Dont eat sweets. You could eat just a little bit a day and only once!! Do crunches and jump rope. Walking everynight really does help!!! Low carb diets to. ♥

well here it goes..

i like this boy who i have dated in the past (let's call him *j). He tends to drink a lot as well as smoke. However, now he has cut back a lot on smoking. My friends think that in our previous relationship he didn't treat me right. Well, he did cheat on me with other girls while he was drunk. But, he confessed. On valentines day (while we were going out) he gave another girl a card saying he loved her. Yet, knowing me.. i just let it go. About a month after that incident we broke up, and now we are starting to like eachother again after a break of about 2 months. However, this time he is treating me different & way better. He actually calls me now as well as asking me to do stuff outside of school. He even calls me when he is around his friends, which he like never did in our previous relationship. Now i am debating as if he really has changed and wants a commitment or if he is just the same. Last week, he kissed me.. & that is giving me mixed signals. Now, i like him even more, which is killing me because how do i know he is a different person.

He really changed for good. I guess he got the point that he has hurt you a lot before and he decided to change. He really does like you so make sure you keep your relationship just like it is now. The past is that past and its over. He cheated on you but you forgave him. Dont let that bother you. It seems like he does want to be a better boyfriend so let him. Its really good how he is treating you right now. He is a different person now but for good. You could talk to him and ask him why all of the sudden he changed into the person he is now. i have a mosquito bite on my eyelid just above my eye and it really hurts. how can i treat it without irritating my eye?

It will go away. Dont use anything on it. Just put face lotion to keep it cool and it wont make you itch it so much. Wash your face with cold water and just dont think about it too much. ♥
