Question Posted Sunday May 29 2005, 11:32 am
ok so my friend (Amber) is so confused and i dont no how to help her. This guy that she has liked asked her out and she said yes. Well then a couple days later this other guy asked her out and she really liked him to, but he is moving. She is having seconed thoughts about this hole thing. Should she brake up w/her bf to go for the other one or should she stay with him?
you get one first from one of your best friends, then later you get one from a friend on the same day. usually you go for the one who got to you first, because thats only fair. [ TimeOfYourLife's advice column | Ask TimeOfYourLife A Question ]

You go out with whoever you accepted first. I don't think that has changed over the years. You don't have to go out again if you don't like them or didn't enjoy their company.
She can tell the second guy that she already accepted an invite from guy 1 but that she would like him to ask her again sometime. Then, he knows she isn't just snubbing him.
