Hey me and my friend..want to get into shape! Any ideas plz help..and if u are going to just critizice me and call me stupid and say i have bad grammar..then dont reply plz...
Teza answered Saturday May 28 2005, 3:41 pm: Loosing weight is acually not that hard but if you try hard. Every night after dinner, go out for a 1 or 2 hour walk. Dont eat sweets.
