Hey me and my friend..want to get into shape! Any ideas plz help..and if u are going to just critizice me and call me stupid and say i have bad grammar..then dont reply plz...

Do you mean like losing wieght or getting muscular? well for both you could do a daily run, like around your neighberhood. if you have a dog then walk/run it everyday. sit ups, crunches, push ups, wieght lift things, eat healthy, and little stuff like that. have a workout scheduale for every night and in no time you will be 'in shape' in no time!

Walk, swim, eat healthy, have a balanced diet, sleep, and best of all DANCE! It is the best way to keep fit! So is yoga x

Loosing weight is acually not that hard but if you try hard. Every night after dinner, go out for a 1 or 2 hour walk. Dont eat sweets. You could eat just a little bit a day and only once!! Do crunches and jump rope. Walking everynight really does help!!! Low carb diets to. ♥

u don't have bad grammer?? y would people say that but anyway i would swim, mayb play some bball or soccer with your friends... it doesn't have to b a steady workout just make sure you are jumping on a trampoline, swimmin or playin tag or sumin at least 30 mins everyday have a great summer!!!

Hey! Um.... I would say run or do something cardio everyday for at least 30 minutes, and do things like pushups and pull ups and situps..
