My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Yesterday I was trying to crack a glow stick and it exploded in my mouth. Only a little bit of liquid came out and I spit it all out and rinsed out my mouth. It burned my tounge..Does that mean it was toxic? Would I know if I was poisined by now? Please reply quick so I will know how to treat this!

I've had a lot of them explone in my mouth and nothing ever happened. Dont worry about it because its nontoxic and it isnt poisned. If it ever happenes again just rinse your mouth. Nothing bad will happen. ♥

I had a friend sleepover last night, and now she wont get up!!!!!! I've tried everything, and i'm absolutly starving! What should I do?!

Make her get up!! Turn the music on the TV on really loud and annoy her and she will get up! If you're hungry just go get something to eat! Shes lazy L0L! ♥

Since you havent done it before you will probablly be nervous. Just put your hand down his pants and go from there. After a while your hand might get tired which probablly will happen but you could do it at least for about 10-15 minutes. You might feel weird after and that you wouldnt know what to do but just relax. Dont worry about it too much. He will be happy! ♥

my really good friend is moving june 22, and i want to do something special. im not sure i can have a party so...does anyone have any ideas? even if you have an idea for making something would be helpful.

You should have her and all of your friends go out to dinner. Then come back and have a fun sleepover. Just talk and bring her presents that will always remember you guys. Girls at our age can be reall mean. I mean most of us are eather in bad moods all the time or just make fun of people to make themselves feel better. You defenetly should not let them do that. And you should not let them see that it bothers you because if they see that they will do it even more. There are some situatiations that you can deal with this and its to eather ignore them or just say something back to them that they will feel embarresed about so they have nothing else to say. Dont let them control your feelings at all! You honestly dont deserve to be treated like that at all so just say something back and they will stop eventually. ex__oOh ♥

alright, i've been dating my b/f for almost a year now, and he lives in texas, and i live in pennsylvania, we talk all the time on AIM, and we talk alot on the phone too, i love him with all of my heart, it's not a question of that, but my rents don't know about him and vice versa, and lately i've been feeling like is this all really worth it in the end when we can be together, or should i break up with him. and i know he really loves me and whenever i talk to him about this, he always says "it will work out in the end, we were meant to be together" and i just don't know anymore...please help!!

You've met right? Well sometimes long distance relatinships dont work out all the time but if you 2 are meant to be together then it defenetlly will. Follow your heart and do what you think is right. Dont break up with him if you really love him because you probablly wont get over him easy and it will be hard for you to find someone else just like him. Maybe when you both get older you could find ways to see each other but for now the only way you guys can be together is by AIM and the phone. Thats good enough right? If your parents dont know I mean thats okay but if you feel like they deserve to know then tell theme. I am so in love with my girlfriend. She is amazing and everything I need her to be. But this summer I have the choice to move away to Philly with my father (which I been wanting for years) to get away from my mother. And I will be getting paid to play basketball there. But my girlfriend will still be here and I don't want to leave her cause I know we would have a great future together if I stay and I know things won't be the same even if I do come and visit a lot. Okay, well theres this guy I really like.. I loved him for a year now and he used to like me, we even went out before but it never worked out. Now my best friend likes him! So i told her she can go out with him and that I didn't like him anymore (infact, i told everyone I don't like him) because I really want them to be happy together.. he liked her too but she didn't go out with him because she knew I liked him. thats why iI told her I didnt like her anymore. It was your mistake for telling everyone that you didnt like him anymore. Expecilly your best friend. I mean you should of told her the truth! You should tell her how you feel about him now. Tell her you've always still liked him. Now you also need to tell him how you feel. If you think that he might still like you then defenetly tell him. You never know! But good luck! ♥

This question is for someone who knows a lot about nutrition and working out.

Okay, I just started to work out for about an hour and fifteen minutes a day at the gym (cardio). I get hungry afterwards. I'm trying to lose weight (I'm a female, if that helps at all, and I'm not trying to build more muscle), so what foods would be okay to eat after a workout? Thanks in advance!
