This is completely destroying my life! I have not had a boyfriend cuz' my breasts are tiny now I am old and nobody will want me.

Oh honey, every teen goes through this at some point in time, wanting to have bigger boobs. I remember putting socks in my bra just to see what it would look like if nature ever decided to hurry the hell up! You shouldnt want bigger breast just to get a boy! You do want someone to love you for you right? Not what you can offer them. Say you were married to a man who married you because you have big boobs then one day your fake boobs, the sac busted then you have nothing. He will leave you right? because that's why he married you.. Not really but I'm hoping you'll see my point on this. If you have small boobs or big boobs or get your leg chopped off in a car, you want your man to be right there for you forever, because he loves you not because your possess extra meat in the tit area. Dry humping is a form of "outercourse," which is sexual activity without any penis penetration(intercourse). You can sit anywhere you want. That all depends on you and the guy. Most people lay down, you take the same form as if you were having sex (him on top of you or you on top of him) and you grind your body's together just like you were having sex but without any intercourse. The first step to flatter abdominal muscles is making sure your abs are contracted during any workout, but especially during Pilates, yoga and strength training exercises. Basically, this means sucking your tummy in as far as possible and tilting your pelvis forward. Engaging your abdominal muscles during any resistant movements or aerobics (or even while you’re just walking around or sitting at your desk) makes your abs work harder, and protects your lower back too.

The problem is that the primary muscle you work when you do a crunch doesn't have much effect on flattening the abdomen. In order for it get flatter, other muscles need to come into play.

One way to do this is to put your knees over your hips, with your feet as high as your knees, while lying in a crunch position. Pull your knees toward your chest just for a second to notice how your lower back is on the floor. Now, push your knees back out over your hips until you feel like it's getting slightly difficult to keep your lower back on the floor. Try a set of crunches here, keeping your knees over your hips and not letting them creep back toward your chest. As you get stronger, just push the knees further away from your center little by little. Be mindful that your lower back needs to stay down and not arch. You will get a better strengthening effect by adding this intensity, rather than adding more reps.

I highly doubt you are pregnant. What's going on is your probably stressing over this to much which has caused your period to either be late, or not show up at all. Bottom line is his cum has to enter your vagina then swim up enough to fertilize an egg. No one on here can tell you if you love this guy or not, you need to search deep within and figure that one out. You said he said well you should tell the guy that you like him.... I've had my license for almost a month now and my mom STILL won't let me drive alone! The insurance they pay, the money they spent on drivers ed, and me getting my license were all a complete waste of time and money! What good is all that stuff if I can't use them?

I would have been okay if she never said that I could go in the first place because I was used to it but when she told me I could go when we were leaving Walgreens, I got so excited.. I told her that she was ridiculous and that she shouldnt change her mind like that and went upstairs. I don't normally talk back to my parents but wouldn't you but really mad? I don't know what to do it pisses me off so much!

Your kinda' screwed in this situation...there's not much we can say that you can relate back to her to make her change her mind about you driving. I can see why she doesnt want you to for fear of you getting in a wreck. What you have to do is convince her that your not like other teenagers and that you can actually take driving very responsibly. Ask to drive from now on when she is with you. Let her see how good of a job you can do. This will help ease her mind about you driving alone when she sees that its not a big joke to you, that you can take it serious. When I was 16 my mom bought me a car. I had my lisense and car for about a week when I flipped it in a canal going 92 mph. Now I'm 23 and I drive like a grandma. That is why she worries. She loves you and doesnt want you to get hurt.

Go to your local health department. They provide birth control for free and do NOT consult your parents at all. Just go in and ask about it. They will do a physical exam first, to make certain you are healthy, and will give it to you. They will also teach you how to use it properly.
