dry sex is just humping. it doesnt matter how may clothes you have on,you dont even have to have clothing on. you do anything else you want... kissing, licking, scratching, grabbing w/e but that's not dry sex its just stuff you do while you're humping. honestly i dont know why they call it 'dry' sex, cuz you dont stay dry! lol, thats basicly it except eating food off someone doesnt have a specified base.

i do not believe that you need to know the answer to your first question because of the childlike second question. 'bases' dont mean a thing unless you are in it with a person just for saying you 'did'. it seems to me like you are not ready for any kind of sex with a person- mature a little bit, and then im sure people will be more than willing to answer your questions!
