Dry humping is a form of "outercourse," which is sexual activity without any penis penetration(intercourse). You can sit anywhere you want. That all depends on you and the guy. Most people lay down, you take the same form as if you were having sex (him on top of you or you on top of him) and you grind your body's together just like you were having sex but without any intercourse. You can wear whatever you like. Some people wear all there clothing and some get down to panties and a white-tee...it's all your decesion on this. Besides body rubbing, outercourse can also include masturbation & deep kissing. I actually encourage dry humping among teens who want to have sex because it is the safer alternative. You dont have to worry about Std's, getting pregnant, losing your virginity or regretting having had sex. Although I must warn that if you and a guy are having dry sex and both of you are COMPLETLY NAKED, make sure he wears a condom so that no sperm cant get anywhere near your vagina.
