(15/f) Okay well I'm an alto and I'm singing a solo in Italian and my highest note is a high F but I can't reach it without struggling. I do voice warm-ups but I can't reach it.
Does anyone know how I can get my voice higher without making it crack or sound horrible?

well, this is gonna sound ridiculous, but I am an alto too, and it seems like I can always hit higher if i clear my throat realyl good before i start singing. also, singing the same high verse over and over kinda helps your voice get used to the high note, and get up there farther.

Hey everyone, first off if your answerign this, dont give me some stupid answer or some unhelpful information cuz i really need some help. I have a really big problem with cussing. I really cant help it sometimes, its really hard and i cannot stop cursing. It feels real bad when i do it but sometimes it feels like it comes natural. wat can i do? i really dont know how to stop

Ok.. I'm 18 Years Old... Im Female Of Course.... I'm Like 5'6 Or 5'7 I weigh anywhere between 120 and 135.. I never stay the same weight... For my question... I want to go on a diet! I feel fat... I look at myself in the mirror.. I see Fat! And I cant stand it! What are some diets I can try that might actually work... I heard the eating small meals durin the day.. but what would i put into those small meals to eat... I work from 12 to 5*30 so its hard to keep up with that.. but thats what I would like to do... hope someone can help!!!

ok, first of all, 120 to 135, for your height, is not fat at all. But, if you just want to tone up a little bit, you can try walking, or jogging, and doing sit ups, and stuff like that.

Okay I'm 13 years old and a female. Yesterday I noticed a small bump on my left breast, near the nipple. It sometimes hurts when I touch it but it also looks somewhat like a pimple. I'm really worried that this could be breast cancer. There is no history in my family of having breast cancer. Do you think it's cancer?

If it looks liek a pimple, then it doesn't really sound like a tumor, but you shouldget it checked out anyway, just in case. It's betetr to be safe than sorry, and if by some chance it is cancer, they have more of a chance of getting rid of it if they catch it early, so go ahead and get it checked out.

ok well,just like..2 weeks ago i saw yellowish white faintly in my underwear,but im not sure if its dischagre or if i really had to go to the bath room..i cant feel anything come out so..how do i really for sure know? and also,my mom got it when she was 13,my sister 14..so will i get it at 15? how long does discharge last untill you actually get your period?

You won't be able to tell exactly when you will get it, but the discharge is a sign that it's getting closer to time.Don't be scared... it's really no big deal, just go ahead and start carrying a pad or tampon around with you,just in case.

I don't mean to sound rude, but you said you're waiting to have sex, and that it pays off...how do you know that waiting to have sex pays off?

It's common sense. Think about it for a second. first of all, if you get married to someone who waited for marriage too, then you would completely wipe out the possibility of either one of you contracting a STD. 2nd of all, when you get married to someone, and you're (obviously) in love with them, and you get to make your first time with them, it makes it so much more special than if your first time was with some person in highschool that you used to think you loved, and now you can't even remember their name. So, yea, the decision is up to you. It depends on How you decide to live your life, and what your morals are.Hope I helped in some way, and sorry if I didn't.

Ok, I've liked the same guy for 3 years now. He just broke up with his girlfriend. I was so relieved, but now he has ANOTHER girlfriend and it's only one day later! AH! It hurts so bad because we've been friends so long & I guess he's just not seeing me in that way. I've droped thousands of hints, but he hasn't been picking them up. What I want to know is..he just recently got AIM (so he could talk 2 his last g/f) He kept it & IMs me whenever I'm on. I love that he IMs me, but he talks to me about how much he likes his new girlfriend and it agrivates the crap outta me! How do I get him to stop talking about her without hurting his feelings?

what are the risks of getting your belly pierced? does it hurt a lot?

The only risk would be if the person used an old needle that had been used on someone else..or if it got infected, which, as long as you clean it properly, it won't. It does hurt..but just for a second, and it's not as bad as people try to make it out to be.Hope I helped! Good Luck!
