Working and eating is not as hard as you may think. Tupperware is a great invention. Get a bunch of Tupperware containers, grill up a whole bunch of chicken and make a nice amount of a good carb source (Rice, whole wheat pasta, beans) and mix the ingredients together in the separate Tupperware containers and keep them in the fridge...you will at least have 1 meal for when you work all throughout the week

Your body weight is actually quite average... in fact a sort of low average. If you don't believe me go here... [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and put in your height/weight yourself and see. I don't think that you should go on a diet, but if you are unhappy about your appearance, theres nothing i can do to stop you. Hope i helped.

ok, first of all, 120 to 135, for your height, is not fat at all. But, if you just want to tone up a little bit, you can try walking, or jogging, and doing sit ups, and stuff like that.
Hope I helped!

your weight is average. you are not fat at all. if you do feel like you need to lose some pounds though, all you need to do is eat smaller portions, drink lots and lots of water, workout (depending on where you want to lose the fat, it depends on the workout, but i would just suggest running), DONT SNACK!!, and get plenty of rest. = )
