I'm getting my nose pierced on Saturday, and I was wondering if anyone got it done, like did it hurt? & If it did how long did the pain last for?? Also. What side should I get it done on?? Left or Right?.. Whats a nice color to start out with? Your favorite color or, a noticeable one. Thanks :)

hey! well i've had my nose pierced before. but i did it too low so i had to take it out ... and it looked bad on me, hehe. i did it myself with an earing. nothing happened, THANK GOD! =) no infections or anything! it didn't hurt much, just when it was going through the last layer of skin. i doubt it'll hurt you... I say you get it on the right side, thats where most people get it done. A nice color, hmm, silver or gold. Depends on your skin color. hey.. i'm getting all depressed because i have to move and transfer to a PRIVATE school and wear a really retarded uniform, but i have to ride the public kids school bus and i know right now theyr gunna make fun of me. i don't want to tell my parents how much it's bothering me because, first of all it isn't going to change anything, and it's like their "dream house" and everything. it's not just the bus part that bothers me though, i'm scared of moving because ive never moved before and i really don't want to leave my friends. please help xxox -jeanine

aww -- i can TOTALLY relate! i know what you're going through babe, but trust me, its gonna all get better! if you say that talking to your rents won't help then i guess theirs nothing else you can do! trust me, once you get to the new school and stuff you'll meet TONS of new people and its a fresh new start. i mean, people dont know you so thats kind of good, too. im kind of in a hurry so I can't write for too long, but just all I can say is don't worry. Well hey i've never been scared to get a piercing cause i have pretty many.. but i dont know really anybody who has a tongue piercing and i wanna know does it hurt..how long does it hurt.. if you live in cincinnati wheres a good place to get it done..and i would like to know about how much it will cost..i rate high..and thanks bunches if you can help..~*DEZ*~

hey! i dont have my tongue pierced, nor do i want to but a bunch of my friends do. two of them said only a little, the other said not at all, and my other one said she passed out. so im guessing it varies from person to person, depends on how YOU can control pain. The price varies from between $35-$105, depends where you get it at. But most of my friends paid $75-ish so yeah. I don't know any places in CINCINNATI, I live in Chicago, haha. okay crazy hair day is friday and i dont kno wut to do i am a guy and my bangs are past my nose and my hair goes to the bottom of my neck and is about 5inches long wut shud i do with it besides spiking it?

If I don't wash my hair every night then my hair gets and looks so oily.I usually do wash my hair everynight but every once in a while i don't have time. Does anyone know any products that i could use to make my hair less oily or anything i can use so it doesnt look oily....please.

hey! -- i have the same problem. i wash my haiir and the next day its all oily ... yuck! but anywho, try using baby powder, its soaks in the oil. maybe you get that because you use to much products - that is how i got my hair too oily. i used gel, mousse, hairspray, whatnot andn now my hair look like crap, haha. or try going to a drugstore or somewhere that they carry beauty supplies and asks them. they'll probably be the best help...ok well good luck and tell me how it goes. *lollypopgurl769-ange*

I'm about to buy a new straightener and I wanna make sure I get a good one this time.. I need some advice on what kind of straightener to get (cereamic, glass, gold, etc). I want one that will NOT ONLY straighten my hair really well, but also make it STAY straight all day. What do u all recommend? (something cheap, not over $30) Thanks!! i'll rate HIGH!!

hey there -- i've experiented with a bunch of hair straighteners and i've actally found one that works REALLy good. Its a REVLON CERAMIC, its black gold plated. It works *awesome*... and you can buy it at local drugstores or wherever! Its between $20-28 and like i said, it works REAAALLY good, hehe. It heats up quickly, too and when I bought mine it came with the thing to change it to a curling iron, the add on piece, so it was like a two-in-one-deal. Pretty good, huh? I guess it varies on hair if you want it to stay long than you need to put in a little bit of mousse or gel or hairspray. Well good luk finding one lol, tell me how it goes. I enjoy watching tv series on DVD. Ones I have enjoyed are "Soprano's", "Sex & the City", "Star Trek TNG", & "Dawson's Creek". Can anyone recommend a new series for me to watch with a continuing story line; not a comedy like "Sienfeld."

well is there anything specifically you're looking for? like comedies? drama? im guessing you're a teen, and i would reccomend, just like most people here did, one tree hill. i love that show personally. it deals with EVERYTHING. fights, love, drugs, etc... it comes out in like a week on *dvd* . You can watch the second season starting i think January 25th on THE WB, at 8/9 depends where you live. The ators/actresses are hot! =) Yummy ... and the story is good. You should maybe watch some of the show, which will be back on like in 2 weeks and just give it a try. See if you like it. I'm sure you will, everyone does. Even the guys! I actually got some of my guy friends hooked on it! =) If not, then i hear THE OC is kinda good, i've never personally watched it but hey, everyone likes it. omgsh yeah! thats VERY bad! stop right now! haha, i dont mean to freak you out or anything, but don't. i advise you not too because you won't burn as much weight as you might think, and its very unhealthy. start of with like 10-25 a day maybe and increase, slowly by like 5-15, not 200! *haha* you should only workout 2-3 days a week! well hope i helped! good luck! *xox/angi*

hey! aww, i was in the same position as you. i switched schools back in 7th, too. I thought it would be bad, but it was great! I made friends right away, trust me it won't be hard. I'm a freshy in high-school and now THATS hard. But, remember, its a new school, new people, NEW START. I mean, these people know NOTHING about you so in a way, thats kinda good because you get a fresh start and forget about all the mistakes you made and the stupid shit you might of said. I personally lost contact with my other friends, but you should try to keep in contact with them as much as you can. There's no real way I can help you, but just remember that everything will be ok. Last year when I was in the sixth grade (now I'm in 7th and I'm 13) there was these guys (3 guys, all one year older than me) on the bus that always annoyed me. This year (the last day before winter break) they cornered me on the bus when all of my friends left and TODD's best friend DAN told me that TODD liked me right in front of him. Then DAN started picking on me.. Over winter break I had this dream about DAN and I kissing on the bus (he just went 100% to me) and it's been haunting me ever since. Now because of that dream, I think I actually like DAN. DAN wanted to sit next to me on the bus this morning (i had to let him) and TODD sat next to me on the bus in the afternoon (he and dan fought for a while). I know both guys like me.. and I think I like DAN, but I'm not totally sure and I don't know how to handle this because my best friend is hooking me up with this guy I've known for a really long time.. and I just don't know what to do about this..please help!

haha, i can totally relate! it sucks when you have choices, but i see you're lost. your friends shouldn't hook you up with a guy that you dont like and some dream shouldn't all of a sudden tell you to go out with the guy. YOU should decided what YOU wanna do. I suggest taking some more time and reallly thinking it over. Decide who you wanna go out with. If you say you want to go out DAN, well then if you really want to, then go for irt! I mean, why not??? But make sure you dont flirt with the other guys when you's two are going out.
