yeah so only seventeen, but ive got a pretty good idea about giving decent advice. anything from serious relationships, not-so-serious relationships, friends, family problems, what looks good & what doesnt, and how NOT to be a bitch! i love to have fun, but im not an idiot! im just your typical clowner and i pretty much know it all - well, kinda : D ask anything!!

I really want to start modeling but I don't know how to start. I'm 5'5, have an hour glass figure, wear a size 5 jeans (if that helps?), I have light brown hair (it's cut in a "unique" but long style), dark brown (almost black) eyes, medium tan, round/squarish face, and if I were stereotyped I would be called "punk". Could I be a model? or should I just give up?

Just tell me in your answer if you need more information.

okay im not saying that you cant be a model, personally, i think thats more realistic to the rest of the world if that was the steriotypical model (but its not) you COULD be a model - and i would go for it.. but.. prepare yourself for A LOT of critisism. if you arent ready for people critiging your every flaw, modeling could leave you with a self-esteem issue and lack of confidence. if you feel like your ready, then go for it, but dont expect to become famous and on magazine covers.. just yet anyway.. its highly unlikely. good luck w/ everything!

There's a guy at my college whom I know and like really well. We have a lot in common (read the same kind of books, etc) and can have long conversations. Problem, though: he deals in chemicals of the illicit kind. And not just on the side -- he does it for a living. I don't have any moral problems with drugs, though I don't use them myself and none of my friends do -- not even the drug dealer, he just sells them. It's just that I'm afraid I will have a taint by association problem. In fact, I sort of already have -- the campus housing people searched my room for drugs once, simply because he had been in it. (They found nothing of course, since I use nothing. He thought it was very amusing, but I was annoyed.) Is it worth it to stay friends with the dude, since I like him so much, or should I cool off?

if hes a great guy, but is involved with drugs, that doesnt make him a bad person. as long as you can figure out a way to not let it influence you and look past his faults, its possible to still be friends ;)

alright, so i moved into my new school last year (7th grade) and i didnt start of with a good reputation, because i was the new girl. but now a year later i have a very good reputation. i mean, i am friends with the populair people, i cant compiments, and people always say they want to be me.
there is this kid in one of my classes, and i have gotten a very big crush on him. he is nice, sweet, and very cute. i did some asking around and i have found he is a loser. like .. dork kid. hanging out with other dorks.
i think dating him might effect my reputation, but should i go for him anyways?

first of all, you shouldnt hold yourself back from liking someone because of thier reputation. (remember, you used to be that "dork kid" yourself) i dont think it will affect your rep. if anything it will just help make his better.. bottom line: if you like him and he likes you - you should be together, regardless of popularity

Well, i'm 14/f and my best friend is a girl and my age. We've experimrnted a couple of times this early year. She ended it in july this year (2005)cause she wanted things back the way they were when we didn't experiment and were close soul sisters (as we call ourselves to each other). As of Friday, i've been real sick. I took a nap all afternoon, and when i woke up I felt all dizzy. the only time i would feel good is when i have my head down. and right when i get up, i feel all dizzy again. then at points i kept gagging, but never threw up. and i kept burbing alot too.. until yesterday, i started having real bad diahrea, and my dizzyness and gagging has slowed down. but im still getting much headaches and stomach aches... does anyone know what is wrong with me?

my mom has just been telling me to take some medicine.. and that doesnt even work!

Hey all, this is my first question (among probably many) that I'll be asking on this site! Ok now that that's over with, where are some fun places to take your date on? I just started dating (this is my first time ever) (I'm 19) (and she's 17) and already going to the movies is kinda boring. Does shaving your legs make your skin rough and make the hair grow darker? I've been using many other products like exfoliators that don't work, and my parents refuse to buy me a hair removal cream because of the excess of chemicals. I want to shave my legs, but I don't want the hair to be coarse and dark. Is this a myth? Should I shave? My hair is already really dark, because I have black hair...

just shave them... everyone has to do it, so you might as well get over it. if you REALLY have to be so picky then try the "veet rasera" thing, ya know the one on the commercial with the girl that draws zig-zags on her legs with the rasera..lol. Well that will still make your hair grow back thicker and darker, but i think everything does. I think you should just shave, yes its a hassle but just get used to it, and shave your legs!!

I have a MAJOR problem... I have a boyfriend of almost 5 months and we are really happy! He was my first kiss...let alone that but we haev madeout and french kissed! which sounds like alot but when you see how happy we are you could see why we have done that! Well, first of all, I'm sure you can find a guy that likes YOU not your friend, doesnt just look at "HOTNESS" and can treat you right. They're out there. I promise. So..my best advice would be to flirt with the guy you like (unless of course he goes out w/ your friend) and get to know him. Also, let him get to know YOU. You can't expect a guy to go out with you if he doesnt already know you really well. THen, if it seems like he likes you. Ask him out yourself.Dont get a friend to ask him out for you. Things will go better if YOU do it. That way he knows you guys can be honest with each other. Now as for your friend. You need to talk to her. Tell her that you dont think its right for her to go after guys that she knew you already liked, and friendship should never be ruined because of a guy. Just talk it out with her. Im sure u can figure something out. And if u find that no one will compromise, then that guy obviosly isnt for you. At least not right now.

alright this question is right up my alley..lol..
straighteners dont always work..and i doubt your going to find one that does for $20. So heres what you do: you use an iron! yes, the kind of iron you use to iron your clothes. Now, you obviously cant do this by yourself, but get a friend or your mom/sister to help you. Lay down on a bed, the floor, or put your head on the ironing board.. Spread your hair out and as you brush it, run the iron across your hair. As long as you dont hold it on there too long, it wont hurt your hair. Hope it helps!
