Hey all, this is my first question (among probably many) that I'll be asking on this site! Ok now that that's over with, where are some fun places to take your date on? I just started dating (this is my first time ever) (I'm 19) (and she's 17) and already going to the movies is kinda boring. I mean, the whole point of being on a date is to be with the person that you like, and spending an hour or two (or three) staring at a silver screen and *not* talking to the other person seems kinda... strange. We do talk, mainly to make fun of the movie we're watching, but still, where could we go where the activity actually encourages us to talk or play while we're there? thxxx, and i heart all of you :) <3
dancergirl678 answered Tuesday December 20 2005, 5:00 pm: something fun is always the way to go! bowling is probably one of the best things...it encourages lots of fun and some talking. even going somewhere like wal-mart or target and just walking around the store doing crazy things can be really fun too! go for a walk through the neighbor hood and chat is another example...it just matters on your personal preference! confuzy88 answered Tuesday December 20 2005, 3:56 pm: ok a list of places that you could go that will encourage talking would be:
-any kind of mini golf
-go and get a coffee and talk
-go for a walk (the colder the better)
-skating (its even better if she doesnt know how cuz then she'll fall on you lmao :P)
-go for dinner
-since its christmas time right now go xmas shopping
-sleding
-tubing
anything that contains both of you doing something you enjoy would be great even if its watching TV cuddled up at home or playing Video/board Games. Amything you do with one another you both shuld enjoy. Good luck and have fun. Merry X-Mas:D [ confuzy88's advice column | Ask confuzy88 A Question ]
vbkilla answered Tuesday December 20 2005, 3:12 pm: wow, i think that it's really cool that you are asking this. most guys don't really put very much thought into where they go and what they do. It would hlep if i knew where you lived but its okay. If she's really into just having fun and some laughs, ice skating is always a good option. buy her some hot chocolate. but don't stay too long, it can get kind of boring after a while. then you can mabey go back to your place and watch a movie, while getting warm under the covers. i know its still a movie, but its a lot different that a theater, and its caual but at the same time it can be very romantic! good luck! i have many other ideas if this one just doeasn't fit, so ask me if you need more ideas!
