ok so im starting to feel the pressure of having to decide what i want to do. im 16/f/junior. and well i know what i like, but i guess i dont know all the possibilities out there, which makes it hard for me to make a decision.
ive always been artistic and such so i would love to do something with that.
then on the other hand im good at math and history and would also be able to do well in jobs dealing with that.
other thing is i LOVE traveling, and i know jobs dont necessarly mean traveling for fun, i still would like a job where i could travel. or at least live in a different country every few years or so...
and ofcourse you have to consider the whole money thing...
HELP???? does anyone know what type of jobs related to the things i mentioned would fit me and allow me to travel.

Hey great question! Im in university right now and i still am not too sure what i want to do. So dont rush it! However i am studying fine arts which seems to be one of your strengths. Something i could recommend is Photo Journalist, Curator or Visual Arts Historian. You could study art history. I think these are positions reflective of your strengths and i do believe they travel alot so there another bonus! Hope i helped

what do you mean? like a picture already taken and you want to change it? Theres a program called photoshop that you can select the background and delete it. Then by using layers you can add another background to that image. The best way is to take a picture on a solid background then do this method. Hope this helps

haha a camel toe refers to a womens vagina. When you wear pants ( most likely leggings or something snug) that bunch up in this area to look like a camel toe. Usually caused because of the seam in the pants. Hope this helps :)

There's this guy who's been my friend for 2 years now. This past year, I've been talking to him more and we see each other everyday because we have one same class together. We give each other friendly hugs every now and then when we see each other, but lately, it seems like he hugs a bit longer (than usual?) I don't know if I like him.. yet. But his past relationships haven't been that long and my friend told me that he views girls as "toys," last year at least. But people can change in a year. He's been starting to hold my hand and walking to me to my locker, but it's not "official" that we're going out. I don't want to get myself into a relationship that won't last. What should I do?

first of all find out if you like him or not. You dont want to go any farther if your not sure. Once you figure that out the rest should go like this... I think if you've known him for two years, you know him pretty well. Do you think the relationship will last. The fact that hes holding your hand in public and hugging you tells alot. Give him a chance. Enjoy your teenage life while it lasts! Date him if it doesnt work out move hun, if it does thats awesome. But just enjoy it:D

16/F dating a 17/m for over a year.
Today, I had plans to meet up with my mom to go look at prom dresses after school.
I told my boyfriend, "I'm not waiting for you after school" because it takes him a minute or two to meet up with me after school. But when I don't have to wait for him (I've always waited on him unless he's absent), I can get out of the school pretty fast and manage to beat the school traffic. He gets upset and starts to ignore me.
A few minutes after telling him that, my mom sends me a text message telling me she was going to check me out an hour before school dismissal. Of course, I told my boyfriend. He still continues to ignore me.
After I got home, we were IMing each other back and forth with this conversation:
Him: :-\
Me: what?
Him: what you said when i last saw you
Me: what? that I didnt want to wait?
Him: yeah, that was stupid
Him: saves you a minute and a half at the most
Me: no no, 4-5 minutes
Him: it takes me 4-5 minutes to walk about 150 feet?
Me: no, but have you seen me walk fast? Yeah, I do that when I dont have to wait.
Him: just shut up
Him: even if you were going to save time, big deal
Him: what did you need to rush outta there so fast for?
Him: that dress might sell out before you get there?
Him: doubt it
Me: to look at dresses?
Me: to beat hellacious traffic?
Him: you're ridiculous

ok well first off, i think you were wrong. U could have waited for him. He's your boyfriend right and any time u spend together is precious. A minute or two isnt gonna kill u, and y do you like getting out of there in such a rush. I know my ex was like you and basically ran out of the school like he didnt want to be seen with me or something and the face that he didnt wait was kinda hurtful. Now...the fact that he called you those names i totally disagree with! he went over the line there. Maybe he was mad. I think what you should do is calm down and let yourselves have some breathing time. Tommorow i would talk to him. Admit what you did was wrong but tell him that you dont appreciate him calling you those names, and that it was stupid to fight over something like that. Thats what i would do hun! First of all...how old are you??? 130 pounds is not fat at all, if anything you got gain wait, well depending on your age. What your saying is showing signs of aneroxia..."im not eating anymore" Hun you got stop paying attention to the media and what they consider the perfect body. Like your friends say your fine they way you are..if i were you i would try to maintain the same weight by eating healthy and exercising on a regular basis. Hope i helped:D

Well first of all you should be open to talking to new people. by doing that in a public place- like at school or another extra-curricular it will make you open to talkign to new people-hence getting new friends. talk about anything that the both of you can relate too, and try to have fun. i was in a rut like this once- and you just got enjoy life and get involved! anywhere really. ull see from then on your timetable will be overflowing with things to do ad people to see:D

I'm really close to one of my teachers and she was recently married, as a gift to her I wanted to make her a DVD type of thing from pictures from her wedding. What I plan on doing with those pictures was making a slide show type of thing with their wedding song (Bless the Broken Road - Rascal Flatts) playing in the background. I know it can be done because my cousin used to do that every Christmas using family pictures, it's kind of hard to explain, but I'm sure someone will know what I'm talking about. I already told me teacher I was going to do it, she's making a CD of pictures she doesn't mind me using. (I wasn't at the wedding at I needed the pictures, this was the only way to get them). So I can't really go back on it, and I can't ask my cousin because she's out of state and I have zero way of contacting her (I've already tried). So I figured I'd ask anyone here if they knew how to do it.
If not then I'm probably going to resort to something lame like how people make picture slideshows for their myspace, but I'll just find a way to use music with it.
But I'd really like someone to let me know how to make something like that. I don't care if all it does is show the pictures with music on the background saved to a CD that you can only use in the computer. I would prefer to make it a DVD of the pictures and music (so her and her husband and family can all watch it). As far as I know they don't have a home computer, then again, I don't know if they have a DVD player, but I know that her mother does. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knew how to do that and could give me instructions (or a site) on how to do something along those lines.
Or if anyone has any better ideas on how I can do something using those pictures and their wedding song (and other cute love songs).

Hey a great program to use on your computer (if you have a windows) is windows movie maker. Its easy and has step by step instructions to make a movie. almost all windows has them, you just got look for it (its like a default program) type in your search for programs box and you should find it. using in a few times will be good and then you can become pro with it. hope i helped :D and oh i think it nice you wanna do this for your teacher. l8r

Hi, you might have seen my post before about how I didnt know how to tell my boyfriend that I dont like it when he flirts with other girls and hugs them. I told him last night online how i felt and hes like oh ok im sorry and i wont do it again. and hes like oh well its a good thing that you get jealous because then that means you love me. so today when he came in the class room to drop his bag off, he went out of the class, i kind of followed him and he was talking to someone and then when the bell rang he hugged her! and then i hear this morning that he was flirting with my good friend. You should really ask your self if this guy is worth it. I mean it seems like he's a typical guy- loves to flirt. If its a casual flirt then i wouldn't get to worried about it, but if its getting to friendly, really ask yourself if hes right for you. Hope i helped.

I just found out that I have to give a speech in front of my english class. I have a month before I have to deliver it, and wanted to get a head start. The objectives are to strive to speak without any notes; which is why I want to start early to practice.
I can basically pick any topic I want. The topic has to have a general and specific purpose, with a beginning, body, and conclusion to reinforce the purpose. Does anyone have any ideas for a topic that would really catch my classmates attention and ensure I get a good grade?

I've done my share of speeches and i absolutely hate them, so good for you, for wanting to start earlier. There are a lot of topics out there you could do that can be successful. Make sure its something personal, or enjoy so its easier to memorize. Here are a few examples i thought were good:
-don't state the topic right away, instead give hints towards what is throughout the speech and in the end tell the audience what it is
- talk about how stressful speeches are or the future and pressures on teenager
-talk about a current event and give detailed facts about it that will give your audience something to enjoy
-one i found intresting is talking about teenagers. This topic can be funny (talk about the humerous events that occur) or streesfu l events and how hard our lives really are

It seems like your taking his reactions toward you to seriously. Try not to analyze everything, he's maybe just being friendly towards you. The fact that he has a girl friend tells you alot. Stop right there, and wait till this girl is out of the way. Till then don't do anything, let their relationship come to an end if it has to. If he really does like you, he'll leave his current girl friend and show you more signals of him wanting you to be the girl in his life. Hope i helped, goodluck.

THAT SUCKS...but the chances of gettting pregnant all depends on how many dayz it was after your period. if it was 14 dayz after then you would have been ovulating, m eaning your ova is being realesed and the chances of you getting pregnant is high. if your really worried take a pregancy test or consult doctor. Hey all, this is my first question (among probably many) that I'll be asking on this site! Ok now that that's over with, where are some fun places to take your date on? I just started dating (this is my first time ever) (I'm 19) (and she's 17) and already going to the movies is kinda boring. I mean, the whole point of being on a date is to be with the person that you like, and spending an hour or two (or three) staring at a silver screen and *not* talking to the other person seems kinda... strange. We do talk, mainly to make fun of the movie we're watching, but still, where could we go where the activity actually encourages us to talk or play while we're there? thxxx, and i heart all of you :) (link)

-any kind of mini golf
-go and get a coffee and talk
-go for a walk (the colder the better)
-skating (its even better if she doesnt know how cuz then she'll fall on you lmao :P)

-sleding
-tubing

so there is this kid... lets call him bob... and ive been hanging out with my friend lately. we will call her jane. now jane and bob went out for like 8 months. and then they broke up but they still act like they are going out. so i have been hanging out with bob and jane a lot and im starting to really like bob. but i think jane would get mad at me if i told her even though she is REALLY into this other kid. i think she is just using bob. do you think i should tell jane that i like bob or no? Wow i am going through the same kinda thing! I would seriosuly think about how important or serious ur friendship with Jane is. If your not really good friends then i would tell bob how you feel, but remeber that Jane might not be happy with it. You could also talk to Jane but that might be harder to do.
