I'm turning 16 in 30 days and I need to get in shape for my party so my dress doesn't make me look like a sausage hooker. I weigh 225 pounds right now. I know right seriously I'm a fat ass but I need help. I made up this plan to lose weight. I want to get down to 125, 130. So I also have a wedding in 60 days that I want to get toned up for. Here's my plan:

The days when I have off:
-Elliptical machine for 20 minutes.
-The Firm
-Tae-Bo
-Set of 50 push-ups.
-Set of 50 sit-ups.
-Ride bike for an hour.
-Lift small weights. (to tone my flabby ass arms)

The days when I have class:
-Elliptical machine for 20 minutes.

-Set of 50 push-ups.
-Set of 50 sit-ups.
-Ride bike for half an hour.
-Lift small weights.

Okay so then I like planned out what I would eat and stuff.

For breakfast I would eat a bowl of berry burst cheerios which is 100 calories, and a banana. Then at around 10:30 I would eat a cup of yogurt which is 170 fucking calories. For lunch (on my days off at least) I would have a slice of Elio's pizza which is a lot of calories I bet. So then I would have some grapes between dinner and lunch and then for dinner have a salad. I mean I can't do this when I have class because I can't be like oh hey guys im gonna eat in the middle of class, you know?

What I'm asking is is this a good plan? I reallyyyy need to lose this weight. THANK YOU!

This seems like a good plan.

But there is absolutely no way you will loose 100 pounds in 30 days. That is virtually impossible, and loosing around 3 pounds a day is extremely unhealthy.

The weight might come off faster in te beginning but me patient, expect to loose no more than 5 pounds a week.

Instead of eating pizza, eat chicken, its way healthier for you, and is good.

Also, drink absolutely NO pops/sodas.

There'd probably be alittle chance only if, you both were naked, you were sitting on him and he spermed near or on you, by your vaginal area.

my cheer tryouts start in 2 days and last for 4 days. i had surgery last week on my mouth, so im worried! i probably can do jumps ok, but im worried about tumbling and stunts. i have a video of my tumbling, but that was when i was just learning, so its by myself, but not very good. would you suggest showing the video, trying to tumble and stunt, or giving my coach a dentists note, but tell her ill try my best? i dont want to give a note because i dont want to make excuses, but idk. i was on jv last year, and im trying for varsity, so im hoping that will help, but i dont want to be like i got surgery wahh wahh i cant tryout. and im dying to make it this year what to do?

No offence, but what does mouth surgery have to do with tumbling or cheerleading.. NOTHING, right ?! I'd say it would only effect it if you had arm, leg, wrist, back surgery, ect.

So no, I don't think you should give them a note. They will think you're making excuses, which you are, and that you're using a "crutch." Just try your besy and I'm sure you will do great!

You need to have the tags on the clothing and the reciept to get your money back. Or JUST tag on clothing for store credit.

Ok so i have this awsome boyfriend and i like him. ALOT. i mean we have talked on the phone for 6 hours and never had nothing to talk about. but the things is. he ALWAYS wants to hang out and he ALWAYS wants to talk on the phone. and on myspace hes always emailing me. like around 20-25 emails a day. and he bought me a necklace and i dont really want to take it because i dont know if i can stay with him. im a very different girl then what he thinks. he only knows one side of me,the party girl/friendly/prepy side. because hes really shy. he doesnt know that i just get really sad and it takes me a few days to get out of it. or sometimes i go days without really talking to my boyfriend. Or that when i play soccer, i dont like to talk to people before or after.(when i say people i mean guys) and i like him but hes not the type of guy people picture me with. i mean i like him but i think hes looking for a more serious relationshit. and im looking for a fun, long-relationship. and we were friends before if that helps any.

Okay, so you both like each other a lot, yes? He does seem alittle or a lot clingy. It's great that he wants to talk and hang out with you as much as he does, because most guys aren't like that, they want time for their friends too. I would suggest to him that you're a busy girl and need alittle more space that what he is giving you, ask him to limit down the Myspace messages, or the phone calls. He may become offended by this or mad, but you need to do what you need to do, don't you ?

Just say this in the nicest way possible, because you don't want to hurt his feelings.

I wear lip gloss but i don't over-wear it or anything. But at the end of the day when i'm looking at the mirror, I'll realize that there's white stuff on my lips (and it isn't dry skin). There's just a thin line of it on my inner lip and it's really annoying. How can I get that to not happen when i wear lip gloss?

Everyone gets that, its just the lip gloss drying.

All you've got to do is take off the lip gloss every so often, like hour or so and re-apply.

To be perfectly honest, you're probably not being talked about or cared about as much as you think. The seniors probably have much better things to talk about then you.
When people get drunk, and aren't used to it, they all do stupid things, you're not the only one.

Just get over it, it isn't a big deal at all. They might give you a hard time, so what ? Laugh it off, you only make it as big of a deal as you want to.

But believe me, your news isn't that huge where they'd spend a few days talking about it..

I'm not sure if this is the right subject, but, I have a lot of scars [I used to cut a few years ago for a few years, like, really bad, but I've stopped] and they are from the really deep cuts that just won't go away. I'm worried that one day I'll go to apply for a job, and I won't get it because they'll see the scars on my arms. [that happened to my friend] Thanks!

If you're asking for something to minimize the scars, then..

Go to your local drug store, either Walgreens or CVS's, ect.

And tell someone who works there you have scars and you'd like them to lessen, you don't need to tell them why, they should just direct you to an aisle.

Most are inexpensive, no more than $30, AT MOST!

There is always a possibility that you can become pregnant, with or without a condom, and with or without birth control. They both work about 99.9% of the time.

The most fertile time is usually a few days before or after your period.

But, it is very very possible you may be pregnant, since he cummed in you and all, duh!

But, it's probably irritated because you aren't used to it, and it is pulling your teeth over.

This was exactly the same to me, I had unbelievable pain.

You might get it on the end of February, which has already passed, or the beginning of March, which is almost over.

Remember periods don't always come when expected, especially in the first year, they come outta whack. Sometimes a few months apart.
