Scars?

Question Posted Friday March 7 2008, 6:17 pm

I'm not sure if this is the right subject, but, I have a lot of scars [I used to cut a few years ago for a few years, like, really bad, but I've stopped] and they are from the really deep cuts that just won't go away. I'm worried that one day I'll go to apply for a job, and I won't get it because they'll see the scars on my arms. [that happened to my friend] Thanks!

Yeah Coco Butter and you know what is great too? Shea Butter. If you can find this in your neighborhood that would be great. If you apply this every day to your skin you will see a huge difference. Try to get the all natural one that is right out of the nut with no additives or lotions or anything like that. I know someone that had really bad scars on their face from scratching at bumbs and in 6 months of putting it on every day, it was as if they never had them.
Peace

If you're asking for something to minimize the scars, then..

Go to your local drug store, either Walgreens or CVS's, ect.

And tell someone who works there you have scars and you'd like them to lessen, you don't need to tell them why, they should just direct you to an aisle.

Most are inexpensive, no more than $30, AT MOST!

Glad you stopped cutting & good luck !

Hope I Helped !

I'm really glad that you are not cutting anymore, but I don't think that you should worry about not getting hired for a job. Most times, people base jobs on previous experiences and personality. And I think that it's very wrong, but there are people out there who will judge you by how you look.If you feel really nervous about your scars, then maybe you could ask a doctor about lotions/medicins that could help reduce the scarrage. But I highly reccomend for you to just be yourself, and you'll be sure to find a job with a lot of great people. You sound like a nice person with a good drive. Don't let worry get you down. Good luck!

I want to say Congratulations on quitting because that is very dangerous.

Deep scars can go away, but they take time.

Use lots of creams, lotions that have Coco Butter in them. Even buy the Coco Butter stick.

Trust me, Coco Butter can lighten - disappear scars.

Good Luck!

Let me know how your scars turns out.
