I'm 13/f and I was talking online with a friend, who he is 17. We have alot in common and stuff, so he asked me out. I was just wondering, what do you think is the maximum age difference? I really like this guy, and if he was my age, I would go out with him without question, but, is this age different ok?

well im trying to find a good quick diet to go on to loose about 10-13 pounds especially in my stomach and a little in my thighs basically i want to loss weight and tone up..i have no access to a gym but i do have a treadmill and so i was wondering is there a quick healthy food diet i can go on..by the way i am 15/female my height is about 5'3" i weigh about 138
and do you guys know any good exersises to get rid of the fat in the stomach...thanx sooo much in advance

Heyyy!! well for your stomach i suggest doing sit-ups//crunches every night. it doesnt take that much; maybe like 50. And tred-mills are great. Use your tred mill for about 30-45 minutes every day also. Also, i dont know if you have a pool or go to a pool but swimming is also great excercise for your whole body; just do like laps and stuff or swim around.
**And remember as with any dieting and excercise for best results you should eat healthy. Drink plenty of water and cut down on junkfood and stuff like icecream, chips, too much bread, etc.

Hey I can feel the coating no my straighteneers wearing away and i think it is damaging my hair as it doesnt run through as smooth anymore. Is there any coating i can paint on to the ceramic plates or anyplace I can get them renewed.

(13/f) since last summer ive had stretch marks on the inside of my thighs and recently i have discovered them on my lower hip. i have been using this palmer's cocoa butter formula stuff but it hasnt seemed to work. i got them from doing alot of dancing becaus i gained alot of muscle fast. is there anything i can do to get rid of them?

Heyy!! hmmm; well if your just going swimming at your house or you can just not wear anything. [[most people dont bleed underwater]] then when you get out have a towel and change and wear a pad or whatever. If you are going to be somewhere where you cant change right away like a waterpark or someone else pool then you could wear a black bathing suit; but i really suggest you try wearing a tampon. &&' the reason that a tampon hurts when it comes out is because there is not enough fluid in it. If you wear it a lot longer; or if it gets wet in the water it shouldnt hurt when you pull it out. or if it just hurts in general; like when your wearing it it means that youre not putting it in the right way; try using slim fit tampons or read the directions or visit beinggirl.com

Heyy!! I think i can help. Go pick up the June/July edition of Cosmo Girl; it has nicole richie on the front. Theres a few workouts in there that focus on certain parts of your body.
