I want to get a job at Starbucks but don't know where to start. I am 16 and I printed out the application. Do I have to have previous experience? It's a catch-22, isn't it?
Also, any tips if you've previously worked for them?
"What is the minimum age requirement to work at Starbucks?
You must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for employment at Starbucks. If you have questions about employment eligibility, please consult a store manager."

"mom and pop" venues have a lot fewer rules in that regard because everyone wants to work for starbucks or seattle's best just because they're more popular. my friends sister worked there and she ended up quitting because she said that they took advantage of her and make her work long hours without break. but that could just be at the one she worked at so yeah.
