ok my quince is in august and i want my teeth to be cleaned like totally white but how do i do that?

hmm. well like the other people said it depends on how much you want to spend. I know at my dentists it cost from $400 - $700 to get your teeth whitened; its pretty expensive. But you can buy whitening strips like rembrant white strips or crest white strips;they work very well; &&' theres a lot of different brands. It depends how much you want to spend. You could get the white strips like the person below me said. Or you could try to use whitening tooth paste. Then, you could also get them cleaned and have them whitened from the dentist. Also, avoid coffee and dark soda's that can darken your teeth. Good Luck!!!

In between using the whitening strips, brush your teeth with Crest Vivid White Night toothpaste. It contains silica which coats teeth to loosen and prevent surface stains. Both of these can be purchased at a drug store. The whitening strips are around $40 and the toothpaste is around $4.
