Then, you could also get them cleaned and have them whitened from the dentist. Also, avoid coffee and dark soda's that can darken your teeth. Good Luck!!! Apply these twice a day, morning and night for 30 minutes for ten days straight. In between using the whitening strips, brush your teeth with Crest Vivid White Night toothpaste. It contains silica which coats teeth to loosen and prevent surface stains. Both of these can be purchased at a drug store. The whitening strips are around $40 and the toothpaste is around $4.
