WARNING LONG I like black.I weir black nail polish and alot of black eyeliner.In a few days im dieing my bangs that hang in my eyes black to.Now i have had my hair pink,purple,green,blue,red and other colors at different times so people already think im weird also im emo and i get made fun of because i used to cut and i dont think people know but they might it was a big thing with screming and trowing things around (mostly by me) and so people no somthing happened and because im emo that what they think it is true but still.i think im ugly and i hate myself i get jelous easly realy easly also i think i might be bi.whats so bad about being emo being different.i no people are gonna hate me and think im weird but im not sure what my problem is anymore it was sposed to be about my hair but now i think i may have bigger problems.i dont eat until i start shaking alot. im a 13 female who feels alone and dosent wanna cut agian and whos going into 7th (link)

When I put a picture on the computer and I try and put it on myspace, it always says it's too big. So when I use the program they offered called Irfanview it never works! it always says it's too big whenever i make it smaller. Stomach-

1. The crunch
The crunch is a simple exercise to perform. In fact the crunch is usually the main stomach exercise.

Performance
• Lie on you back.
• Place your feet on the floor as close to your bottom as possible and place your knees together.
• Rest your hands across you chest and relax the neck.
• Slowly raise your shoulders off the floor by contracting only the abdominal muscles.
• Don't come up too high - your lower back should always remain on the floor.
• Hold that position for a count of 1 and breath out forcefully.
• Slowly relax the stomach muscles and allow your shoulders to return to the floor.
• Repeat 10 - 12 times, rest for 60 seconds then repeat.

Tip - If you find your neck starts to strain try this. Focus your vision on one point on the ceiling and maintain this throughout the exercise - this should stop your head nodding during the performance.

2. The plank

The crunch is the single best exercise for toning the abdominal wall. However there is a tendency to find that it doesn't flatten the stomach as much as we'd like.

To do that you must perform the plank, as well as the crunch.

Performance
• Lie flat on your stomach
• Place your hands at either side of your chest - as if ready to perform a press up - although your should tuck your elbows into your sides.
• Keeping your back perfectly flat, push yourself up onto your knees - so that your upper body is off the floor, with your hands and knees acting as support.
• Keeping your back flat, pull in your tummy button as high as possible - as if to suck it in close to the spine.
• Aim to maintain a normal breathing pattern and hold this position for 10 - 60 seconds.
• Rest, lie flat then repeat twice.

Thighs-


Calf Raises


You do something similar to this every time you get on your tiptoes to reach something high.



Stand with your feet close together, toes pointed slightly in.

Raise your heels off the ground and place the weight of your body on the balls of your feet. Hold for five seconds.

Slowly lower your heels back to the floor. Repeat.

lunges


This is a great leg workout.



Stand up straight, chest out with your feet shoulder width apart.



Make a big step with your right foot, and lower you left knee to the ground.

Then, make a big step with your left foot and lower your right knee to the ground. Repeat.


You know you're doing this exercise right when your lower leg and thigh form a right angle on each leg.






I have brown hair, about mid back with layers starting at my chin. Well, my hair on the bottom is alot darker than my top layers (because of the sun I guess?). So I was wondering if I should dye all my hair a lighter brown or just get light brown hi-lights to even out the color. Which should I get? (link)

Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:
***PASTRY:***
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter -- cut up
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
1 tablespoon ice water
***Filling:***
6 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter


Directions:

Pastry: Combine flour and salt in bowl. With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter and shortening until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle on water, tossing with fork until pastry holds together. Shape into ball; flatten into disk. Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.

Heat oven to 425F degrees. On lightly floured surface, roll pastry into 11-inch circle. Fit into 9-inch pie plate; flute edge. Line pastry with foil and fill with dried beans. Bake 12 minutes. Remove foil and beans and bake pastry 5 minutes more. Cool on wire rack.

Reduce oven temperature to 375F degrees. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly on bottom of pastry shell. Whisk eggs with flour, salt, nutmeg and milk in large bowl until combined; pour over cheese. Melt butter in saucepan until lightly browned; drizzle over top.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until knife inserted near center of quiche comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
