it is better than nothing but it is certainly not as good as most things.
for the most part it takes about an hour to burn 300-400 calories.
and it takes less than 2 miles running to burn that amount of calories for the most part.
It is by far the most fun way to exercise but for the most part you can burn the same amount of calories in half the time. There is a workout mode on ddr and based on your weight it can give you more acurate messurements [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
