What are some good foods that I can eat that will help me lose weight?

Umm try butter. Butter is a carb and carbs like help you lose weight.

okay well me and this kid started going out & we were crazy for eachother but we were like the kind of couple that joked around all the time and made fun of eachother in a kidding way. well last night he dumped me because he said i didnt show him that i liked him enough and that we were just different from eachother. i really want him back like i have cried all night last night and almost all day today and i told him that i do love him so much but idk he just put a frown face. we still talk like nothing happened but it hurts soo bad. i just want him back. any suggestions? ill rate all 5's for help. i love him more then ever.

Ask him exactly what would be a good way for you to show him "that you liked him."! If he doesn't want you back, move on! get a new boyfriend and make him jealous and maybe he'll want you back!

i work at great clips, and the other receptionist has a huge problem with me. i think she walked in when i told one of the stylists that the manager would never fire her because she sucks up to her. and i think the other receptionist told the manager that, and i got called in for a meeting tonight, what am i supposed to say.. and don't tell me im screwed bc i already know..

Gossip is the best! If they give you a hard time about it, just say it was a joke or something or you didn't mean it! Then you can tell the manager what a great job she's doing! Sucking up does get you far!

It was my birthday a couple of days ago. I was at work when I checked my voice mail messgages. I male friend of mine left a really sweet message. He was singing happy birthday in a really romantic voice. Then he said he would be sending me a small gift in the mail ( he lives out of town). None of my other male friends have done that for me? Do you think it sounds like he may like me as more than a friend?

I think he really likes you! He at least likes you alot as a friend, but I'm pretty sure he likes you more! Call him back and go for it!!!

im 15/f and me and my best guy friend went to a party n both got a little drunk among other things. anyway we ended up having sex and since then i've found out im pregnant and i know its his and i told him about it. hes basically demanding i keep it but see i dont want to b/c its going to destroy my body, reputation,i know i wont be able to keep my gpa above a 4.0, and my mom will kill me. so should i just go behind his back or what?

Just tell your mom. I mean, you're going to have to eventually. it's not like she's not going to notice when your stomach is sticking out! You don't have to keep the baby, the best choice would be adoption. Your guy friend shouldn't have any effect on your choice. He's not even your boyfriend, and he's just as much to blame as you are. That's too bad about you being pregnant, but it was your choice to get drunk so i guess you'll just have to live with it.

Ohh by the way, I was almost pregnant one time too. But thankfully it was just a false alarm and I can go on with my glamourous life as usual. Well, good luck with the baby!

how long can you go without eating before you pass out?

Everybody is different so like you could pass out like after a day! Even after a day without eating, your body starts to shut down because it doesn't have the nutrients or energy you need to survive. My friend DIED of being anorexic. She didn't eat, so her body became weak and tired and her mom found her dead in her bed when she was only 18!!! Don't go anorexic. It's really really dumb.

What are some good ways of getting rid of blackheads? Unless you've tried it and it works, don't suggest it. Thank you.

Biore Blackhead Strips. Just put them on your nose, forehead, or chin, wet them down and pull off. All the blackheads will be gone! Also try Netrogena Face Wipes with Salicylic acid.

Okay so I'm pretty thin; 5'4 and 110 lbs. I really don't like fat, at all on girls. I think girls should be thin and wear a pants size no bigger than a 3 or 5. Five is pushing it.


All my friends are thin and have nice figures as well, like me but I have a few that don't. I mean, they aren't huge but they wear like a 5 in Abercrombie pants. And those of you that shop there know that their sizes run bigger. When I see them in like a bikini (we're always at my house laying out and stuff) I want to throw up.


I don't know why I feel this way and I feel extremely bad sometimes because in my head, I want them to loose weight.


Now, I assure you that I have never said anything along those lines to them and I NEVEERR would, ever. I know I have some sort of problem with weight so I know better than so say something to them.


Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get over this?

Alright, well sometimes I wonder how some girls could be so large, but you have to remember that some of these girls could have low metabolisms or medical conditions so it's not like their fault. You should like try putting yourself in other person's shoes. It's basically not your life to control, so you have to accept that, that it's out of your of your control, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with people who are overweight. I highly doubt size 6's are overweight. if you want to see real overweight kids, come to my highschool.

my hair right now is a medium brown with blondeish highlights. i want to get it professionally dyed, but i don't know what color. definitley darker, maybe red, maybe brown? please give me some hints on the exact shade i should pick.
i am kind of pale and of german descent. my skin looks very ruddy against red hair that is too yellow, so no to that!

I'd sugguest a very dark blonde. It would match perfectly with your skin tone. Or if you prefer brown, a very light chestnut.

I just registered to this site, and this is my first question type thing, so i dont really know what to put as my "subject" or what to put it under.

so.. this weekend, im goin to see some1,&i want to look good, so i picked out an outfit& everything, the only thing is.. i got my period this morning and i dont wear tampons,and the pants im wearing are pretty tight, but i dont want my underwear line to show?and i dont want to pick another outfit,so if any1 has any suggestions on what i should do.. i would really appreciate it... sorry if its a stupid question.!

Wear a thong!! Or if you don't have a thong, you could scrunch up your underwear or cut it to make one. I wear designer thongs but they're kinda expensive. Or you can try wearing a bathing suit bottoms under your pants! Have fun!

my friends and i can never think of things to do on the weekends. seeing movies is alright, but once youve seen the one or two good ones its pointless to go again, and the same goes for shopping i mean you can only go so many times and not see the same things and run out of money. what are some things that a bunch of 14 and 15 year old girls can do?

You can like go to popular places where other kids hang out. Try hanging out at a store or a pizza place or somewhere where you can meet hot guys! Or you could all sign up for an exercise class or sport. Or you could invite people over and play truth or dare and have a party!

alright so my boyfriend comes over here like everyday and i love it because i get to see him everyyyy dayy and thats just fine with me but sometimes when hes over here and im in the shower i get out come to my room and hes on myspace writing someone or reading someones message to him but once i really get in the room he closes out of it really quick and this has happen twice. idk what to do because if hes hiding something i need to know but im scared to ask him because i dont want us to start an arguement. what should i do?????

Just like ask him what's going on, because one of my ex boyfriends used to do that with IM. Just say, "Who's myspace were you on?" or "Hey, were you on myspace? Who were you talking to?" If he tries to say "Noone" then just like ask him if he's doing something that he probably shouldn't be like doing. Like it is your house and you can totally kick him off the computer. But just like try asking him, and if he doesn't admit what he's really doing, dump him! Because if he keeps lyin to you, you don't desserve that!

Ok so i got this friend i have known for like 4 years now. I been on messenger talking to her mom alot. Her and her mom are always arguing. Then her mom says she thinks that my friend is cutting herself in the bathroom and all this. Then her mom said that she has caught her doing some thing on the webcam. And then her mom says she is talking bout moving with this 21 year old she met over the internet bout a month or so ago. And she hasnt had time to really get to know this person. What is something i can do or say to her that will help her cause i am getting really concerned as far as her and i am not one to get concerned hardly but i am real concerned as far as her.

You should first talk to your friend alone and like ask her what's really going on. Tell her that she can trust you and ask her about the 21 year old and if she's serious. The internet is like so dangerous these days because she could get a stalker like I had, and you should tell her that!
