While I'm not quite sure what your dad and your step mom's having sex has to do with your not having a cell phone, I can give you some advice. First off, I wouldn't expect him to just buy you one right off, considering your past history with cell phones. Try being more responsible with your things and he may decide to get you another one. And if you don't want to or feel like doing that(even though I highly recommend it) then, just be patient and save up. It's no one's fault but your own so you shouldn't expect anyone to solve your problem but yourself.

Try Robitussin, that usually works for me. You could also try gargling salt water. Warm compresses on your neck, too. I hope this helps, it's all I have right now.

First off, you should talk to your friend about the way his girlfriend has been treating you. If you're that good friends with him, I'm sure he'll understand and won't get mad or anything like that.
Another thing you could do is talk to this girl and try and solve this problem and let her know that you aren't going to do anything to jeopardize their relationship and that she needs to relax(ah the joy of run-on sentences)
You need to convince her that you aren't going to get in the way of their relationship so that way she'll back off and stop being so mean to you. But then, keep in mind, she may not back off and then you should bring your boyfriend into it and ask him to try and get her to stop. Hope this helps.

I brush my teeth but I feel I need to do it more often. Like, I always brush them before school, but at night..I'm always "too tired" so I refuse to brush. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can stop refusing to brush? Thank you* (link)

You could always just brush your teeth a half an hour or an hour before you go to sleep and not eat anything in the time between. Or you could just stop being lazy and tell yourself you NEED to brush your teeth.

IM 14 yrs old and i have a pretty bad life. Im not suicidal or anything. Ive had a pretty bad past. My brother andrew hurts me he will kick me in the stomach and ribs and yell at me and it got so bad my mom called the cops. He threatend me and my moms life. I called him in detention (kids jail) and he said there was nothing to be said to me and he wants nothing to do with me and he will never find away to forgive me or forget. Now he is being senet away. my mom is never home. I told her we need some serious talking to do and we need to talk It took a long time to come out of that shell and tell her that. She just told me she has to go to her boyfriends house. I was shocked. She leaves me for her BOYFRIEND. When her own daughter needs help! I was in treatment i was sent away for 5 months. Nothing really changed over that. Im not a virgin the only reason why is because i feel thats the only thing that makes me feel wanted. Just to be "loved" for that period of time. I was thinking of the long run. Now my friend offered me to live with her for as long as i needed. To sort things out. Me and my friend had some pretty ruff times we actually we're best friends but i screwed up and that ended it but she was still there for me. So she offered a home for me. Shes not into that stuff sex, drugs, or drinking. Im trying to get away from that but its hard. Like i said... i feel like i belong then. SO how do i tell my mom that i want to just not leave her but i need a break. For a bit. my friend said that we could get both of our moms together and me and her would sit down and we would talk it out. I dont want my mom to think she is a bad mother i just need a "mother" figure there for me that i can talk to. And wont leave on me when i need help. So help me please. Wow, well right about now, I'd give up on your brother. But about your mom. I think it would be a good idea to have a serious heart-to-heart talk to your mom about all of this and how it has made you feel. You need to let her know that you need her to be home and be with you and show you the love you need. If she wants to be a good mother, she needs to be around enough time to be. She shouldn't have left you to go to her boyfriends but that's over and done with now. Losing your virginity because of the feeling of not feeling loved is another sad consequence of how your mother acts.
I think it would be a good idea to talk to your friend and her mother and your mother about the situation and tell your mother that you want to stay with your friend for a while(if that's what you want to do). Just make it clear that you need to have whats best for you right now. I'm sure that she does care about what's best for you deep down. Before anything though, I'd try talking to her about it and see if you can get the whole situation straightened out. And make sure she's actually listening to you and not letting it go through one ear and out the other. That never helps anything. But if that doesn't work, I think you should stay with your friend and her mom for a while. I really I hope I helped you out. Best of luck!!

Well, if you know for a FACT that your friend doesn't like him, try just flirting with him. Eventually, he's gonna figure out that your friend has no romantic interest in him so that problem will be out of the way. Try talking to him more, flirting and so on. If it's meant to be, eventually(with much flirting and getting to know him) he'll fall into the palm of your hand.

You can never go wrong with lotions and body sprays in my book. Fruits, flowers, that kind of thing. As long as they wear that kind of stuff and they're not allergic to it then you're good to go. Purses, make-up, hair stuff or chocolate can all be good choices. It all depends on the preferences and styles of the people you're getting gifts for though. Flowers don't hurt, either.

Just try your best to be polite and don't say anything rude and mean to them. If they try to start something with you, ignore it or tell your teacher about it. If you really can't stand them though, ask your teacher if you can be put into a different group or work alone.

Your dad sounds like a real prick. If I were you, I'd stay with your mom instead of your dad. Or wherever you can go you're not around any of them. They are rude, inconsiderate, ignorant and immature people. Including your father. I suggest you avoid them or tell your mother about them and how they treat you and see what she can do about it all.

See, I'm wanting to lose some weight in the tummy area, but... I've heard that if you work out a lot, your breast size drops. I'm a C cup, and I like it that way. Any tips on things I can do that will drop weight in the stomache and nowhere else?

Well, naturally, when you lose weight, you're gonna lose weight everywhere. But I don't think you'd lose too much weight up top. Just concentrate on your stomach. Do crunches a few times a week and you should be good. I seriously doubt you have anything to worry about unless you lose like, 20 pounds. Then your cup size would probably go down a bit.

I'm pretty sure it means your nails are unhealthy. You could try some of the products they have by Sally Hensen at your local drugstore and see if they help any to make the spots go away. Put more calcium and iron into your diet, too. Don't wear lots of nail polish, either.

ok last valentines day my b/f took me to buy a puppy. i wanted the first one i saw a little pekinese puppy. i was purebred so he paid 900.00 for the dog. i've never had a dog before just cats and i didn't know what i was getting myself into. now i can't stand the dog. i can't train it to go to the bathroom outside, its super hyper, jumps on my son and tries to hump him. i can't imagine how much it would cost to fix him. i want to get rid of the dog but my b/f doesn't. we're constantly fighting about it. any suggestions on what to do? You really should not even have this poor dog. In truth, I feel more sorry for the dog than I do you.
You went out and got an EXPENSIVE little puppy because he was, I guess, so cute and adorable.
If you'd never had a dog or even a cat, why in the world would you want to just go out and get one? Did you do any research? At all? Why did your boyfriend buy you this poor animal if you don't even know how to take care of it and he sure can't help you. All these things you complain about the dog, you can train them to do. Go on google and look up "Puppy house training" Theres plenty of sites that can help you. Another thing, puppies are hyper. ESPECIALLY little crazy dogs like Pekineses are. YOU chose the dog. Its not the dogs fault that the kind of dog he is. PEKINESES ARE VERY ENERGETIC DOGS AND YOU GOT A PUPPY. Its like a kid. Do you really expect a little kid to just walk slowly around the house and sleep all day? No. And when your dog jumps on your son and tries to hump him? Train him not to. Pull him off your son and tell the dog, sternly "No, bad dog" And if it's THAT much trouble, get him neutered. Just do it if it bothers you so much.
I can see why your boyfriend doesn't wanna get rid of the dog! He paid 900$ for it! I can't imagine someone being as selfish and immature about this as you seem to be. This is your fault and your boyfriends. Not the dogs. If you can't handle the dog, put up an ad in the newspaper asking for someone who wants a Pekinese(Hopefully someone who knows how to take care of a dog will take him in) and tell your boyfriend not to buy you anything over 100 dollars cuz it doesn't seem like you can handle it to me.

Now, if the ONLY reason you want to kiss your crush is BECAUSE your friens all have boyfriends, then you might want to think about how you actually feel about your "crush".
Ask yourself. Do you want your crush to be your boyfriend? Really? Or do you prefer being single and just daydreaming/dreaming about your crush? Think about it for a while and if you decide you want a relationship with your crush, go for it and ask him out. Best of luck!

Well, you can't actually MAKE someone like you or even love you. But what I'd do is just keep flirting like it sounds like you are but don't lay it on TOO thick. You don't wanna scare him off. After a while, I'd suggest talking to him about it and asking him if he'd think it wouldn't work for you two to go together. But for now, I'd say just give it time and keep flirting with him like you are. Keep the relationship the way it is now.

Have you ever thought about going into therapy? By the looks of it, you're home life sounds like a stressful situation that in every case, you can't do much to change that. The only thing you can really change is you and how you feel and your attitude. I think you should start going in to talk to a therapist about your homelife and maybe figure out some things you can do to make your life easier and less stressful on you that way you can help the people around you without everything turning negative like you said things seem to do a lot. Personally, I think you should dump him. Here's why: If he thinks that all your relationship needs or is based upon or requires is some form of sexual activity, why would you want to be with him? It's apparent he thinks that everything you two do together has to in some way involve sex so I don't really think he thinks much of your relationship except for that he can think sex is the most important thing between you two. If thats the kind of relationship you're going for, then go ahead and stay with him but if you want more than that, I doubt he's gonna change so I suggest you make some changes of your own. Starting with who your boyfriend is.

Try watching what you eat and eat more healthy foods. Foods with less fat. Also try doing chrunches and if you need any other help, you can watch this exercising show that comes on the Lifetime channel at 7 am every weekday morning.
