I brush my teeth but I feel I need to do it more often. Like, I always brush them before school, but at night..I'm always "too tired" so I refuse to brush. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can stop refusing to brush? Thank you*
ballerina04 answered Monday January 24 2005, 5:07 pm: think about all the nasty stuff that's gonna be sitting in your mouth all night. or just brush your teeth about half an hour before you go to bed, before you're in your pjs because after that, you feel all ready and tired. good luck! ♥ [ ballerina04's advice column | Ask ballerina04 A Question ]
LexybelNLisa answered Monday January 24 2005, 4:02 pm: Well you should feel good you already brush your teeth before school, some people dont at all which is soo gross, I like brush my teeth 3-4 times a day!! but anyways thats besides the point.. well you should stick sticky notes in a place where you always look or will notice (that always helps me remember stuff) or just brush your teeth right after dinner/dessert so you wont be tired later on.. also the fact that having pretty white teeth if you brush more should help!! lol also one thing I think a dentist said once, is that brushing your teeth at night is the most important time ever, because then you can get off all the crap on your teeth and it wont be able to sit and like infect your teeth when you sleep.. lol well I hope i helped!! good luck, and i guarantee you will have a better smile haha [ LexybelNLisa's advice column | Ask LexybelNLisa A Question ]
RainWindFireIce answered Monday January 24 2005, 3:17 pm: You could always just brush your teeth a half an hour or an hour before you go to sleep and not eat anything in the time between. Or you could just stop being lazy and tell yourself you NEED to brush your teeth. [ RainWindFireIce's advice column | Ask RainWindFireIce A Question ]

xASH answered Monday January 24 2005, 12:42 pm: Have you ever seen Extreme Makeover? If not one night you should, and look at those peoples teeth. They look absolutely terrible because they never took care of their teeth properly. Use that as your inspiration to brush your teeth two times a day. Or maybe you should brush your teeth after you have your last meal, instead of before you go to bed, just to make sure that you won't be too tired to do it later [ xASH's advice column | Ask xASH A Question ]
Karen answered Monday January 24 2005, 12:19 pm: You could always try thinking about what will happen to your teeth when you don't brush them at night. Think about all the germs that are in your mouth. Hope I helped :)
