I am currently a junior, but I was wondering which subject tests did you think were the easiest, I'm taking math II this weekend for the UC's because they don't accept math I, but I don't think I am going to do well on it. I'm thinking for my subject tests of taking either math and english or english and chemistry. I haven't taken any APs or honor courses, but I took chemistry last year thats the problem, I got an A both semesters, but my chemistry teacher told us not to take the SAT 2 in it, even though in the practice test I scored way above average. Do you think it would be a smart move taking it in chemistry and just reviewing off of books this summer in that and in English or should I take it in math? which did you find the easiest SAT 2s Thanks (link)

the UCs force math ii now? hmm when i got in, i took math 1. i took bio as my 3rd subject, it had been a year since i took bio class, and i got a c in it. i got around 700 on the test. overall, the sat IIs arent harder than the SATs so just take whatever subject you are comfortable with

I'm planning on buying a laptop in about a month or so and before this I have always had dial up internet on my computer. I was wondering if there is any kind of internet I can get for my laptop that dosen't go through the phone line and that I don't need to have a contract thing with in case I have to cancel it. most laptops these days come with wifi, you will be able to scan for wireless networks in your area to connect to. some people have public ones, some buisnesses, like starbucks, let you buy a day of access for relatively cheap.

some women have trouble with orgasms, so it could be either you or him, or both. since im not allowed to get too specific, since thats against the rules, try new things that you havent and see if that works.

I've heard that 25% of left handed people process language in the right hemisphere of their brains instead of the right side like most people. Does this mean that other processes usually in the right hemisphere occur instead in the left, effectively "flipping" the brain? If so, does this only occur in part of the brain or all? All lobes or only some? Are the sensory and motor strips also flipped?

well firstly, they still havent discovered exactly where and how language is processed, what makes us unique from other animals. however, it definitely includes both sides of the brain. now, it does tend to show more activation on the left side, but it still uses both sides. left handed people just might use the other side more. in fact, i dont think i have ever heard of any thought process taking place in just one side.
the left side of your brain controls the right side of your body, and vice versa. the more you use your body, the more tendrills in the corresponding side develop, therefore, for right handed people, the left side typically gets more developed, and thus would take on a bigger role in complicated processes.
if you use your non dominant hand for mundane tasks like brushing your teeth, you will actually cause more tendrills to grow in that side, and its quicker than usual because you have to focus on it since its not a natural movement.

well theres a slight dependence on age, but typically it can be difficult. your best bet is to just say "im not interested in a relationship right now and am just looking for friendship" in some form or another. and this is coming from experience of being on both sides of the conversation.

you could always just buy regular clothes a few sizes too small, or take a pair of scissors to a package of tanktops. aslo, oddly enough, ive seen women's clothing sections in 99c stores, and some of them may be the right amount of slutiness that you are looking for.

So my mom said I could bring a friend on vacation to north carolina this year. So obviously I wanted to bring my best friend jenna. Jenna is a huge softball player and somehow there was some miscommunication or something and we weren’t positive when her nationals were but I thought that they were the same week I was gone. So we never really talked about it after that, so I asked another friend of mine taylor. Taylor and I are not as good of as friends as jess and I but were pretty good friends. So in gym today I happened to mention to jenna the date of her nationals and shes like no they arent that week and I was like you told me they were and then we got in a fight about it and how I should have waited to ask taylor to come with me. I really want jenna with me because I know her and I will always be best friends but taylor and I arent close and I don’t think we will. I want to look back years from now and have memories with jenna. Im really upset about this. The only thing I can think of doing…its really mean but idk. Taylor has a big party the day before we leave, and she couldn’t miss it, all of her family comes from Canada and stuff so its huge. I could always say that my mom got an email from the owner of the house we are staying in down there and say that we have to leave Saturday(the day of the party) and she wouldn’t know that we were leaving the next morning. there are half truths and lies on both. theres the side that belives that the government did it, and theres theres the side that believes that the government did everything in their power to prevent it, when most likely, neither is true. as the answer below shows, its likely they found out about it, and didnt stop it. whether that is due to incompatance or malice is a separate question.
and then there is the south park theory. the conspiracy is the government making people think there is a conspiracy, because thats better than people believing they are morons who accidentally let it happen

I have a checkup in like three weeks, and a month ago I got my tongue web pierced (Don't comment to criticize or go 'eewww that's disgusting.'' those are automatic 1's) anyway. I'm not getting an X-ray done so that's ok, and when I have an appointment I'm on my own.
But then I'm worried that the dentist will tell my mom about the piercing, and then I'll be completely f***ed! :(
I got it pierced professionally, but my mom just HATES piercings.
So yeah, will the dentist tell, or is it more likely that he'll roll his eyes?

the plan b pill is meant to be taken after unprotected sex, or if a condom breaks or something else goes wrong. there not really a point in taking it otherwise since its fairly expensive and can make you feel sick. im fairly certain its still not available over the counter, so your only choice would be a doctor or a clinic. you can get them fairly easily at planned parenthood and you dont have to be 18. well... at least in my california you dont, might want to double check your state laws.
