ok so i was at a basketball game and i was standing behide my crush and i was with all my friends and these other guys. i was talking fine with all the guys i even met new guys(and im fine with them) but theres just something when im about to go and talk to him im just to scared to go and talk to him i get really nervous when im close to him. and the thing is he knows who i am but i really havnt talked to him.

i think that you should try to get one of your friends to talk to him. have your friend say that you're kinda shy and then get her to give the guy your phone number and ask her to tell him to give you a call sometime. good luck & hope i helped!

you may not be able to trust that certain friend. i have lots of friends that get jealous like that. if you dont think he would say that then nip it in the but and ask him. i've done that before and that's how i found out that my friend was lying to me. take a chance...and if he tells you you're ugly, smack him across the face cuz thats extremely rude. good luck & hope i helped!

what do you do when you know (or think) a guy doesnt like you but your just like totally infatuated by him and he just like makes your heart hurt whenever you think about him or see him?

if you think he doesn't like you, ask a friend to find out or ask one of his friends. the only way you'll ever know if he likes you or not is if you ask him or a source close to him. at least that's what i do. good luck & hope i helped!

get a friend to shoot around with you after school. bend your knees, have eye contact, have your elbows in line with your knees when you shoot and follow through. the more you practice the better the confidence. good luck & hope i helped!

I know I've seen a question similar to this before, but I haven't been able to find it. So, I'll just ask it again. I'm usually have my period anywhere in between 21 and 28 days. Well, I'm a bad, stupid little girl and I forgot to mark my last one down on a calendar. I'm pretty sure the last time I had mine was on November 2, but I'm not sure. That would make today Day 27 if I'm right about the last one ending on November 2. I'm still kind of nervous about it though. I've never -- well, I have once -- missed a period. I'm a 13 (nearly 14) year old virgin female. Is this normal? I've had my period for about two years.

it may be normal. it could be stress related or if you're really active like if you play alot of sports and stuff it might be related to that. if you drop 1, i'll find out more. hope i helped!

no, tampons don't hurt. and i would suggest talking to your mom about this. it should be about a month til your next period. and just a little extra...some good pantiliners are by carefree and good tampons are tampax beyond. hope i helped!

people pc is a good internet. i have it at my dad's and it's dial up but it's fast and it has never broken down on me. it's fast and easy to log in and out of and it takes like 5 seconds to log in. and it's only $10.95 a month. hope i helped!

i hurt my arm the other day and it's broken... i don't want to go to a doctor.. what can i do to get it healed

sorry to disappoint you, but you'll have to go to a doctor to get it healed. that's why doctors and nurses are healed...to heal people like you. if it's broken, you'll have to get a cast. oh yeah, you'll have to go through x-rays and sitting in the hospital for a hell of a long time. hope i helped!

alrighty..well I am 14 and a female & I have this really good guy friend but a few months ago I started feeling differently about him..I told one of my friends and of course she had a big mouth and everyone knew..including him*. So he started being a jerk around me and just ignored me so I figured two could play that game & I just got really pissed at him. I was really hurt that he would ever treat me like that. So then, about 2 weeks later we were all hanging out together like usual but it felt really awkward between me and him. So he pulled me aside and we talked everything out & the only reason why he wasnt talking to me was bcuz the person I told that I liked him went back and told him that I absolutely hated him and never wanted to talk to him again..so yea..we hugged and made up all was well..and I also found out that he liked me too...and from what I know..he still does and so do I..but a few weeks ago he told everyone he was gonna ask me out that night but he never showed..i didn't want to start anything again so I just dropped it, but my friend didnt she told him that he didnt know how to treat girls and he wasnt boyfriend material. This bothered him..I would know bcuz I'm the one he came to and he also wanted to make sure he wasnt being a jerk to me...I know he cares about me and I want to be more than friends but hes too scared to make the move..and my theory is that guys should be the one to make the 1st move..what should i do? this has been going on for too long now.

the whole thing about the guy making the move isn't true in your case. you don't need to be afraid to make a move. take a chance and ask him out. with something cute like call him and tell him you can't stop thinking about him. good luck & hope i helped!

Hi. My names Kylie and this is my situation. I live with my older sister because my dad left and my mom died when I was born. I'm 13 and she’s 29. Anyways when I was 4 one of her friends was watching me while she went out and he was touching me sexually. I didn’t tell her and the next time he babysat me he did it again. He did it 4 different times that I can remember. Anyways I never told my sister about it. And they’re still really good friends today. He comes all the time so I see him a lot. i don't know if you can do anything about it now since that was 9 years ago. you should tell her but don't be surprised if she doesn't beleive you-but she should since she's your sister. and yes, he could get in trouble but there's not exactly any evidence for him to get in trouble with the law. that's the best i could do...hope i helped!

Why do I get in trouble for the simpleist things, honestly I think my parents are out to get or keep in the house forever. I'm like grounded for like 2 months and all that's keeping me up is karate and ever second I'm being punished, all of the times I'm trying to be nice to them and seriously that's all I am doing. I'm 14 and I can't move out so I have no other choice. I'm seriously thinking of getting tape and taping my mouth shut. I get good grades and things but my parents just think sometimes that I'm like a bad daughter, that's the impression I get from them. Help me... =(

i'm in the same boat. try to stay away from them and give them their space. don't bug them right when they come home from work or are cleaning or watching tv. don't tape your mouth shut cause that's just unhealthy. you are not a bad daughter. they might punish you and get mad over little things because of problems between them or work related stress. don't blame it on yourself. when you try to be nice they probably take it the wrong way. it's not your fault... just remember that. hope i helped!
