i got my first period today and i havent told anyone but my friends and they tried helping me with a tampon. But i cvouldnt do it, does it hurt? How long until ur next period

yea dont use a tampon yet.. wait for like the next 2 or 3 months.. use pads for now.. and yea if its heavy then just use a big one!! good luck! oh yea the next time ull get it is in 1 month,, it might not be the exact day but it should be close

no, tampons don't hurt. and i would suggest talking to your mom about this. it should be about a month til your next period. and just a little extra...some good pantiliners are by carefree and good tampons are tampax beyond. hope i helped!
