Okay, I want to wear eyeliner soo bad, but whenever I put it on, it doesn't look right. I never smudge it, it just looks odd when it's on. I can't really describe it but I just don't look good in eyeliner. Is there any techniques to eyeliner and has anyone ever had this same problem? Help.

(ive answered a question like this before - so i kinda copied my answer and added/took out some stuff. so yah just so you know) anyway - your kinda the judge whether its "overdoing it" or looking right. but i personally like it right on the lower eyelid and a little lower from it.. if you do it and think its to much, dont be scared to take some off or take it all off and start over. for applying it, take your time. do it back and forth until its as dark as you want it. and be really consitrated. if theres things that can distract you.. you may end up poking yourself in the eye. ow. like mascara its helps (me atleast) if i have my mouth open a little.. also it may not look right because your not used to yourself wearing it. most likely you look older. most people say for blondes try brown and darker-hair colors use black. im a blonde and i use black, but its a personal preference. it looks more natural with those, but you never know. so you should try both and see which you like better. you can use a Q-tip to make it look more natural and not as severe. if you still need help or something i found you a site for help. What is 8th and Ocean? Is it the new Laguna Beach?

8th&Ocean is like a modeling show thats shot in florida. its pretty different from Laguna Beach. i really do like 8th&Ocean, i think its a really good show. Laguna is shot in California about a buncha highschool students (with some moneyy). Laguna Beach's "new" show is gonna be The Hills. it doesnt have like all the same characters or anything.. but yah.

Okay, I am someone you know. Im keeping this kinda private, and since i know you are great with guys I'm going to ask what to do.

I love my boyfriend, He's almost the world to me.
I know he loves me also, we've been dating for a long time. I'm depressed because of something that happend to me last year, and I take it out on him. He makes me really happy, but when im sad I treat him horribly and push him away. I dont know how to stop, please please tell me how to stop. I want to confide in him for help, i dont want to loose him because of my emotional unavailablity.

Also, another thing. He's really good friends with his Ex. It bothers me and i get jealous, and shut him out once again. She had a bonfire this weekend and him and his friends stayed the night. When he told me, i knew he was worried because he thought id get mad because he said "oh, but my ____ was there too, and her cousin ______" I really want to tell him i hate it. But, then again I hang out with my ex alot too. How do i learn to be fair to him, and not get so mad?

everyone has different ways of blowing off steam. and for you - i guess its on your boyfriend. obviously you dont like it or you wouldnt be coming to me for it. so i suggest you try taking it out on something else, not exactly someone. maybe try doing something creative or constructive with it. maybe try that hard-core painting.. where you like splash the brush on a wall.. or take up a sport like volleyball where you can hit the ball really hard. just something that can get your anger/depression out. and let that space be filled with wonderful, amazing, happy things from your boyfriend. try to do the thing [ whatever new activity you choose ] right before you guys hang out. then you wont have as much build up. and you can soak up the fun and happy feeling from him.

hun, i dont blame you. i would be super jealous too! i suggest maybe trying to become frineds with his ex and get to know her, so when they hang out - you can come too. i dont rerally understand the whole bonfire thing.. did he spend the night over there? if he did, then i would deffinitally talk to him about it. like, id tell him i wasnt comfortable with him doing that with anyone, let alone his ex. alot of times, people try and stay close with their ex's after they break it off. im the same way. some of my BEST GUY FRIENDS are also my exboyfriends. you have to think - maybe his ex feels the same way about him. dont right away accuse him of cheating or anything because guys hate that - especially when they are completely loyal. and sometimes it even makes them feel like they should to get you back for assuming it. jsut tell him that you arent really comfortable with him spending so much time over at his ex's house or with her. and you'd rather that time be spent with you. good luck

just keep things they way they are. if he does in fact, ask you out then tell him that you arent really into the whole relationship kinda thing right now. be honest with him. he cant ask for anything more if your honest. have fun wiht him, but try not to get attached. most likely youll get your heart broken.

There's a girl that I like. We go to different schools but live about 10 minutes away from each other. She has a boyfriend but we went out once and I found out that she likes me. She even told me. The time we went out was 2 weeks ago (last weekend she was busy and this weekend I am), and I don't know if I'm wasting my time because I think she won't break up with her boyfriend. They've been going out for 9 months, and she told me that he makes her cry almost every night but she just won't break up with him. What do I do..?

let her know your there for her. if she needs someones shoulder to cry on or someone to come to - let her use yours or talk to you. dont be scared to be the best friend before the boyfriend. give her advice- but dont always say "break up with him" - she doesnt wanna hear that. tell her she deserves someone who doesnt make her cry.. ect. make her feel like shes missing out by not having you. but like i said - DONT DONT DONT [ x47 ] pressure her to break up with him. if she says she is gonna do it - she prolly will. and obviously shes thinkning about it because she told you. oh, and because she DID GO OUT with you - shes obviously interested. so i would just wait it out. dont give up hope so soon. BUT that doesnt mean shes the only one you can be interested in. always leave your options open in this case.

today was our 8th grade trip to chicago. i was told that i wasnt alowed to go. so i couldnt go and all of my friends went and then they called me on my best friends cell phone and it sounded like they were having a blast.

nothing is wrong with you. at all. you were just upset because you were missing out on a good time. and maybe a little jealous because they were with your crush. or it was because you didnt have anyone to hang with cuz everyone went. crying is good for you - it helps. but, just think of all the good times that are coming. make your weekend fun and do something out-of-the ordinary so when they get home - you can tell them about your awesome weekend. but once again - nothing is wrong with you. everyone gets upset & crys over something.

So I have this friend I've had for a couple of years, and today we were in his room and he got a bit "touchy-feely" and kept asking for hugs and stuff. Usually he's not like this at all. Anyway, soon as I was about to leave he went to kiss me on the cheek.. and I kissed him on the lips.. not knowing he was just going for the cheeks. lol. We kissed for about 20 seconds, then I broke it off... and said goodbye and went home. Well I feel really weird about it now, partly because I enjoyed it and yet he's been a friend for a long time. I don't regret it though. But I'm the type of person who takes kissing someone pretty seriously.

I know this kind of thing is pretty common, and I shouldn't let it affect things between us. I don't really want a relationship right now. However.. not sure whether we should just let this go, put it behind us.. or whether we should do the whole "Friends with benefits" thing.

if you liked kissing him, and dont regret it - then you shouldnt just shrug it off. alot of relationships between people happen after they have been friends/bestfriends for a while. id see how he feels about you two being together. but forshure tell him you dont want a relationship right now. just be honest. tell him you think your interested but you dont think its the best time. you could always go the "friends with benefits" thing - but that could always go wrong and you get attached then get your heart broken. i think you should just be honest with him. honestly - 20 seconds is pretty long for somethign that was an "accident". i wouldnt feel wierd about it - obviously, you enjoyed it. it shouldnt matter that hes been a friend for a while.. besides the fact your comfortable around him
