hey. ok this is kinda long but please give me advice.. I'm trying to learn how to play guitar, & I don't relly want to ahve to go get lessons, so I wanted to be self-taught, but I don't know any iste where I can learn how to play or know where to buy any books to learn how to play.

I don't know any chords or keys or anything, I am JUST starting so I'd need like the things what show you where to put your fingers & how to tune the guitar & stuff

so if anyone could show me a site that I could learn form or where to buy these books I would really appreiciate it!

& I was also wondering, should I buy an accoustic or a eliktic guitar? (I'm 14/M/TX)

basically what you do is go to google and type in "how to play the guitar" or something related to that. then after you learn the strings and stuff like that then you start pulling up Tabs. (the notes to playing songs). my brother self-taught himself so i know about this stuff. hed show me what he did etc.

yay im going to..sept in sacramento haha anyways yea its gunna be hott..especially if your going to get in the mosh pit..so wear shorts and a teeshirt or soemthing..dont wear like skimpy stuff or anything..its about 11am-12am and there are some drugs..at least there was when i went..you can smell um but its not like anyones going to go up to you and make you take some..at least not when i was there last year! and i doubt youll get beat up but you might get bad looks and stuff..cause yeaa im not goin to say anything :o] BUT! if you go in the mosh pit you might get beat up..just a little haha well maybe more but have fun i know i will!!

i have a ovalish-roundish face and dark brown hair, dark brown eyes and i dont know what color eyeshadow to wear.

well my best friend has dark brown hair & greenish brown eyes and she wears black, dark purple, dark green, dark brown, blue, stuff like that. i found that pink doesnt really look good on people :o/ but you might like it. but try those colors if you dont want dark colors try those in light! i have blonde hair and i just wear a smokey blackish grey color! but i hope i helped! also try golden colors :o]
