The icon has to be 50 x 50 or 48 x 48. You resize it by the little blue dots that surround the thing you paint on. It will tell you what size it is in the bottom right corner. Next, make it whatever color you want. If you have microsoft word, then you can type what you want your icon to say on it and then paste it on paint. After you are done with what you want it to look like, go to www.jasc.com and download any animation shop. Click on free trials at the top. Also, you might want to make like different screens for your icon or it isnt gonna move. When you are done downloading the animation shop, you open it up and go to file at the top, then you go to open, then you open your LAST screen for your icon. Then right click on the 50x50 or 48x48 icon screen you have opened and go to "insert multiple frames" and there, open your frames in order. I hope I helped! Go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) for step by step instructions on how to make them.
