i have a bluetooth phone(a razr) and my brother has a bluetooth phone too.. but neither of us have a headset. so my question is: how do we send and receive files through the phones without a headset? ive tried but nothing is working, both of the phone's bluetooth is on so i dont know what im doing wrong. please help out (link)

certain carriers block file transfer via bluetooth because it is a really easy way to get free ringtones. with both bluetooths on, you have to find the bluetooth setup, and click find me on one phone, this will make it discoverable. then with the other phone, through the bluetooth menue, there should be a find device link. click that. if it discoveres the other phone, it will ask for a password, put something in, and then it will ask on the other phone, put in the same password. then you should be able to transfer files

I don't know what version my media player is but it's black by default and just recently, it hasn't been playing the songs on my playlist in order. It plays the song that I pick and then jumps to like the 3rd song or 3rd at the bottom, etc and it's driving me nuts! What do i do? And i didn't click anything ro change the settings, it just did it by itself. (link)

you must have accidently turned on shuffle mode. maybe its just a switch on there somewhere. anyways, turn it off and it will be fine. cant tell you how to do that without knowing what one you have.

One of the lines on my family plan can upgrade their phones. We bought it online and they realized that they don't like it too much and rather just use their old one. Instead of going through the hassle of returning it, can I use it even though my phone isn't due for an upgrade? Is that against Verizon policy? Thanks! (link)

does verizon use sim cards? if so, you can just pop it out and put yours in. if not, you have to go a store to change it. they should do it for you without a problem, since you are allowed to buy a phone without an upgrade anyway.

Tonight, a guy that I hate poured some capsule and its contents all over my food before I unknowingly ate it. The capsule was clear and pill shaped, inside it was a grainy/powder of a wheat, beige color. It has an awful smell that I couldn't name. Anyone have any ideas what it could be that I ate?

Here's the story: I wanted to create a Writing Club at my school this year, but another girl had the same idea as mine. I talked to her about it, and shared my ideas, but I wasn't sure if I want to collaborate with her because..
Please don't judge me as a shallow person, I'm just being realistic here.
Because she is a bit on the anti-social side..strange..etc. She's friendly, but she doesn't "get it".
But now, I'm going to have to, because she already put my name down as co-leader.
I really don't want to cooperate with her, because she does not seem to understand people, and you need to understand people to create a club.
For promotion ideas, she wanted to around reading shakespeare to random people during our lunch hour. And I was like " " That's going to turn people off more than anything.
And her equally weird friends that she invited to the club want to discuss and dissect comic books.
WTF.
My ideas for promotion was to throw a huge bash, and hire a slam poet to come read to us. Basically, the opposite of what she wants.
What do I do? I really want to make this club a success. (link)

youre starting a club about reading books, chances are, you are going to get mostly weird people joining anyways. but its not like her idea costs money, while yours does, so its easy enough to do both. and occasioanlly analyzing a comic book will only bring more people into the club.

theres a limit to the size the song can be for a ringtone. cut it down to 20s or so on your computer and it should be fine. also, turn off increasing ringtone in the settings or youll have no chance of hearing the phone ring.

Hello, I am having the following dilemma...
I used to have a very abundant period full of cramps, I went to the doctor and he gave me the birth control pill, the 21 day one, but he firstly asked if I ever had sex, and I said no, so he said he would give me a "weaker" pill, however, I have a boyfriend and I think I'm about to lose it :P, I am very afraid that I can get pregnant just with the condom protecting us, so my question would be, can this 21 day pill be effective enough to prevent me from getting pregnant, if there's any problem with the condom?

condoms in general, when used correctly, are 99% effective, the regular birth control pill is roughly the same. i don't know about the weaker version, but you should be fine. if you are really worried, you can go to your doctor and up the dosage, the doctor cant tell your parents without your consent anyways. if you need an excuse for your parents, just tell them you are having weird side effects.

actually, free cell phones are pretty common. the catch is you are signing up for a 2 year contract. if you arent up for upgrade, that means you dont get the discount. also, its refurbished, aka, someone bought it, and returned it for some reason. you can get it for free new on amazon (still with need a contract).

the first one has a better brand of processor but it is sligtly slower
the 1st a cd drive that can let you draw labels onto the otherside of a special type of CD.
it also has better WiFi (will let you connect to wireless internet)
the second one says it has a webcam, but there is one in the pic of the first one... the details of the first one really arent very explicit...
the second one is more expandable, so if you plan on keeping the laptop a long time it will be easier to upgrade.
i would recommend going to costco.com where you can custom build everything you need and nothing you dont.

ringback tones are not stored on your phone, they are stored service side. that means you have to get them from your service provider (or somewhere approved by them) so its highly unlikely youll be able to find a free one. some will even charge you for each month that you have it.

I'm 15 years old, and im currently with someone that is 31, And I can honestly say I have VERY strong feeling for him. I know that sounds SO bad, if someone ever told me that I would be speechless. ok, ive been a fairly big proponent of age is just a number, but seriously, thats way beyond pushing it. he is twice your age, and is old enough to be your (irresponsible) father. im sure there are some mature guys your age, or some mature guys that are more reasonably close to your age.

I have about 12 floppy disks from about 4 or more years ago. I thought I had lost them, but I had them the whole time! Anyway, I put them in the (A:) Drive and it took FOREVER for it to read them. Finally, a box popped up saying that my disks needed to be formatted; however, going through the process would erase any information on the disks. I doubt there is anything on the disks I can't live without, but I don't need the disks anymore..just the information on them. Is there anyway I can go about getting the information onto my computer? Maybe from another computer? (link)

if the disk has a write protect switch, flip it, then put the disk in. it might be an old file system that your computer cant write to, thats why it wants to format. in read only, it might read it. you can also try clicking format yourself, but then canceling. other than that, i doubt there is much you can do. you could use an old computer, that might work.
