Nobody can really tell because a tampon can brake it. Tell your mom you took the pictures and nobody has seen them. If she asks why you took them say you were curious about your body. Tell your mom you are not a slut and it hurts you that she said that. Ask your mom not to have your boyfriend arrested. If it makes her happy brake up with him. It would be better to brake up with him and not press charges than to have him sent to jail. Sorry but maybe it will help. [ cherry777's advice column | Ask cherry777 A Question ]

other than sex. However there may be
other ways to tell. Sperm for instance.
The fact is if your boyfriend is over the
age of consent for your state, and you are
under, your parents can get him in trouble.
17 year olds CAN be tried as adults.
Sex with a minor by law is defined as not only penetration, but masturbation or showing of any sexual body parts to a minor, including breasts.

ccupcake07 answered Tuesday August 5 2008, 2:12 pm: Just tell your mom the truth about what you have been doing with him because i really don't think that he can go to jail because of that and his age. Hope this helps! [ ccupcake07's advice column | Ask ccupcake07 A Question ]

Anyways, talk to your mom. Stay calm, and act mature about it. Tell her that you made a mistake, and you regret doing it, but that's part of life. Everybody makes mistakes, and now you've learned from yous.
As for going to the doctor, tell her you don't think it's necessary. Just be honest and tell her that you aren't a virgin, but it's a personal decision that you made for YOURSELF.
stargirl51 answered Tuesday August 5 2008, 10:30 am: Since your bf is not 18 yet, he might be sentenced with something less severe than engaging in sexual acts with a minor.
You already made the choice to have sex with your boyfriend and take pictures of yourself so to show your mom that you are adult enough to handle sex, you should handle the situation in a responsible and mature manner.
Own up to it. "Yes, I did it. Yes, there's pictures. No, I'm not a slut. I'm you're daughter."

By going to the doctor to see if you aren't a virgin, does she mean to see if your hymen's broken? Cherry's 'pop' doing every day things, like riding a bike or excersizing.
