How do I get it? At the bottom, it says who made it but I clicked on it and I couldnt figure it out.
I doubt you need an advanced, because I have a basic account, and I customized my 'layout'.
All you need to do is find a background on photobucket. Type in 'backgrounds' on search or get specific and type in 'pink stripes'. You can even take one from a myspace layout (if you need help with that, write me back.) And put the URL where it says Page Background Image (URL). Then, go to google and type in HTML Color chart, and find a site that tells you the HTML colors. They should look something like this- #FF0066. Find the colors that match your background and that you like for your page and put them in the Page background color and Sidebar background color. Do the same for the text. And now you should have a nice looking column. =)

Forget about Ashley. Hang out with other friends that don't think they are too cool for you. Now, Ashely will probably realize that she made a bad decision by cutting out friends in her grade, and will try to come back to you. It will be up to you when that time comes. You can either forgive her, or you can forget her. But until that time comes, don't worry about it too much. Hang out with your other friends and keep having fun! She'll come around. =)

This Lullaby by Sarah Dessen. Seriously, cutest book EVER. I read it, fell in love with it, then I made 6 of my friends read it, they all loved it to, so it's a winner.
The Truth About Forever & Just Listen are both by Sarah Dessen as well and they deal with romance too.
The Summer Boys Series is also really cute. I forget the author, but any book store should have them. The first is called Summer Boys, the next is Next Summer, and the third is After Summer. They are great.

If he's buying you something, and he's your boyfriend, than I would. It doesn't have to be expencive, but it should be thoughtful. I feel bad for the guys that don't get anything, but are expected to give, you know?

I'm going through the same exact situation. I mean, I could have written this question. Invite her to do stuff more often. If she says she's busy this weekend, say how about next weekend? If she keeps saying she's busy, then she's probably trying to drop a hint (sorry ]=)
Now, what my best friend and I do, is we call each other and tell each other what's going on in our lives, that way we don't fall too out of the loop. And tell her how you feel. Tell you that you really value her friendship and you don't want to lose her. She probably feels the same.
Also, make sure you have other good friends besides her. That way you have people to hang out with when she is busy. But just keep reaching out to her, and I'm sure things will work themselves out =)

hey all you out there, i've been having a problem with being constantly single, and i was wondering if anyone could help me out with it. i'm in college right now and i'm average looking. but it seems like no one is attraced to me that way, now i go to parties i mingle and shit like that but even when i start to hit it off with a girl i find out that she's already with someone already... i don't know why i have the luck to pick out every single taken chick but i do... well if anyone's got some advice for me (and don't think about saying "just wait for the right girl" cause it's not happening) it's much appreciated

Hah I know your situation and it sucks. I've been single for awhile and I HATE IT TOO (except I'm a girl lol). But the guy below me is right, you're in college, live it up! When the time comes for the serious relationship, it'll just happen. Love comes to you when you're not expecting it. I know you said not to say this, so sorry but its the best advice =[ but Just let it happen. Untill then, Have as much fun being single as possible. Turn a bad situation into a good one, or at least try.

*** Okay, since you're not happy with that, You could be more outgoing with guys and girls, because guys will know who's single. Or make yourself hotter by working out and buying some new clothes... Or just lower your standards. You could be being too picky. Or ask your friends if they know any single girls, then ask them to invite both of you out to lunch with them. If you hit it off, ask for her number and take it from there. Ask one of your girl friends to set you up with one of her single friends, and have her talk you up first. There are many options.

Everyone's styles are different. He could like you, he could be a huge flirt, or he could be just a friendly guy and not think anything of his behavior.
Now, if you want to find out, flirt with him a little more. Give him some extra attention, touch his arm when you talk to him, things like that. His response to your behavior should give you a little bit more of a clue to his true feelings =)
Okay, I'm straight edge and have been for a while but all of a sudden I realized that medicine such as Advil or Midol or medicine of that sort is a form of legal drug. But straight edge is no drinking, smoking, casual sex and DRUGS.
Do medicine like that count as drugs or not? [Not using it to a degree where it turns illegal but for purpose like a headache or something]
No, taking medicine for health is okay. There is a difference between using and abusing drugs =)
In the mornings at my school we always wait in the gym. When I was getting up & walking towards the door (I was in a huge crowd.) someone tapped my shoulder, but when I turned around I looked too quick, so I couldn't see who it was. A few seconds later I heard a guy yell, "ASK HER OUT!" I just kinda forgot about it until I was at my locker. I had just opened and I heard the same guy (it sounded like the same voice.) say, ""Oh, there goes your girlfriend, Matthew." Then whoever Matthew was said, "Nooooo. I'm good." and sort of laughed. Does it sound like he meant that in a mean way? or what?
I couldn't tell you exactly what he meant because I wasn't there. It could have just came off mean, or it really could have been a little rude, but either way, I don't think it was so mean that you should get worked up about it. Brush it off, no big deal. Give them the benefit of the doubt and tell yourself it wasn't mean. Especially since you don't even know them =)
okay me and my boyfriend were at church a few nites ago and we were gonna go down the stairs. okay there's this little space beside the stairs where two people can be alone and he pulled me in there and kissed me. he didnt talk about it for the rest of the nite but i know he's gonna bring it up next wednesday. i mean, it's not like i didn't enjoy it or anything, but i don't know if i should take it a step further (as in having sex) or keep it like it is.help?
Okay. Sex is not the next step after a kiss. Sex is serious. Talk to him about what you guys should do and what you shouldn't. If you can't do that, then you are definitely not ready to do it. But that is your choice, only you will know when you are ready. And whatever you do, don't have sex in church. It's really disrespectful. Even if you aren't that religious, it's disrespectful to those that are. If you need anything else, just ask! =)

Tops that show your stomach
Really low cut shirts
Shirts that say things like "Angel" or "Don't hate me cuz I'm beautiful, hate me cuz your boyfriend thinks I am"
Mesh Tops
Socks with Flats (when visible)
Mini Skirts in the middle of winter
High heels during school
Really 'high fashion' outfits at school
Belts on the ouside of your loops that don't hold the pants up (ALL my guy friends HATE that look)
Ridiculously large hoop earrings
But that's just my taste. Don't listen to me, be yourself and express it through your wardrobe =)
Shelley (who is skinny) was talking to Audrey (a coworker). Audrey asked; Shelly when is your birthday; Shelley told Audrey when it was; Then Audrey said: Well here they are so stingy, all our company gets when we celebrate a birthday of a coworker is a cake; like we need cake; The topic was changed to something else. Every one (including Audrey) always tells Shelly that she is skinny. Later on that night Shelley asked her friends; Is Audrey implying anything and does she think I am fat; Shelleys friends said; No Audrey is not implying anything. She is just saying cake is not healthy; MY QUESTION: DO YOU AGREE WITH SHELLEYS FRIENDS?

I'm really close to one of my teachers and she was recently married, as a gift to her I wanted to make her a DVD type of thing from pictures from her wedding. What I plan on doing with those pictures was making a slide show type of thing with their wedding song (Bless the Broken Road - Rascal Flatts) playing in the background. I know it can be done because my cousin used to do that every Christmas using family pictures, it's kind of hard to explain, but I'm sure someone will know what I'm talking about. I already told me teacher I was going to do it, she's making a CD of pictures she doesn't mind me using. (I wasn't at the wedding at I needed the pictures, this was the only way to get them). So I can't really go back on it, and I can't ask my cousin because she's out of state and I have zero way of contacting her (I've already tried). So I figured I'd ask anyone here if they knew how to do it.
If not then I'm probably going to resort to something lame like how people make picture slideshows for their myspace, but I'll just find a way to use music with it.
But I'd really like someone to let me know how to make something like that. I don't care if all it does is show the pictures with music on the background saved to a CD that you can only use in the computer. I would prefer to make it a DVD of the pictures and music (so her and her husband and family can all watch it). As far as I know they don't have a home computer, then again, I don't know if they have a DVD player, but I know that her mother does. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knew how to do that and could give me instructions (or a site) on how to do something along those lines.
Or if anyone has any better ideas on how I can do something using those pictures and their wedding song (and other cute love songs).

Well, in advance, I've downloaded free trials of DVD makers like that one below me, and I worked for hours on a picture slide show, and in the end, it wouldn't let me burn it to DVD, because it was only a free trial, you need the full version to do that. So heads up.
If your computer comes with Windows Movie Maker, you can use that. That's what I use now =)

ok, so stuff like this really bugs me.. when i cant remember the name of a show or movie, etc. who remembers what the name of that oldd nickelodian (sp?) how from like 4 or 5 maybe 6 yrs ago. it was, like, they had kids go to malls, ammusement parks, etc. and they had to act out stuff and get random people passing by to help out in the skits. then inside the actual set of the show.. there were 3 pg circles (they were labled 1, 2 and 3) the audicance would run to the particular circle which symbolized the number of skis the kids would get people to help out with. its driving me crazy!

why is there so much hate in the world? Every one is labeling everyone. Today I got so mad cuase my friend who is emotional and likes black, some kid walked up to here and asked her if he could teach him how to be emo. It really hurt my feelings even though it wasn't towards me. You don't even know how much I agree with you. I don't like to be summed up in one word, I think it's quite insulting.
Punks are really rebellious. They dress really crazy and have crazy, extreme hair.
Goths are the all black, black hair black nails, 'scary' makeup. Big black pants that have chains, all that jazz. If they wear any color besides black, it's red, or dark purple.
Emos are sort of like goths, but they wear color too, and they are more 'pretty' and they are more whiney. They are associated with cutting. Their hair is a big deal to them.
There's also something called Scene. It's really similar to Emo, except they dress in neon colors along with black, wear bows in their hair, like dinosaurs and ninja turtles. But some people just call Scene people Emo. Some get them confused.

Let me start out by saying that 'prep' is a label, and I HATE labels. Typically, when someone calls you a prep, unless it's another 'prep' it's an insult. Where I come from anyways =)
So after that warning... There are two kinds of preps. Real preps come from prep schools, typically east coast. The first person to answer this question had it right. Real designers, High class, best of the best. Like Gossip Girl and The A List characters.
However, whats come to be known as a prep, and probably what you are talking about is this: Abercrombie, Hollister, and American Eagle Clothing. Lots of Make-up. Ugg Boots, Juicy sweats. Ripped Jeans. Usually Blonde or highlighted Hair. Tan year Round. Polo Shirts with the Collar Popped. Mini skirts. Usually really put together outfits. The attitude is: Stuck Up. Doesn't talk to anyone except other preps. Pretty 'dumb blonde'. Kind of mean. Fake. Gossipy. Giggles a lot.
Now, that's not my opinion. That is the stereotype of 'prep'. I wouldn't really aspire to be a prep, but good luck with everything! I hope things work out for you!
Is it bad to have confidence and think you are pretty?
This is coming from someone who had low confidence for a large number of years. I would never call myself pretty.
but this is a new year and the past is left behind.
and I'm a lot happier now. It's scaring me I guess. I'm happy when I go out and I smile ...and feel pretty?

It's wonderful to have confidence, but it's terrible to be arrogant. You ahve to know the difference. Like, thinking you are pretty is great! But, when you go around telling people how pretty you are, that's not good. It makes others look at you in a negative light, and you don't want that!
I'm not saying you do that at all, just a warning =)
