Well,depending on how old you are,it may just be what they always call "growing pains" hehe!Sometimes they will do that when they are still growing.Also,they become REALLY sensitive around the time you start your period.They can ache pretty badly then.Try an anti-inflamatory like Advil or Ibuprofen and see if that helps ease the aches and pains a little!!If those don't help,there's always good ole' Tylenol!!

Yea,stretch marks are totally normal!If you experienced a sudden growth spurt in your chest size,sometimes the skin doesn't have time to catch up and it stretches out the skin,leaving those marks.It's completely normal!!

It does sound like it very well could be IBS.If all of your home remedies have failed,like Mylanta,Pepto-Bismal,Kaopectate(sp?) and Immoduim AD,then it's time to get to a doctor.He may recommend that you see a specialist.I suffered for months with horrible stomach pains and problems and no doctors had any answers,until finally I was diagnosed as having a spastic colon(or a form of IBS).I've been on medication since and it's helped me tremendously!!!Get yourself to a doctor my dear!!!Write me back and let me know how you're doin! Well,you could always baby-sit!Some good ways of getting clients are to make fliars and put them on bulletin boards at grocery stores and places around town,or drop them in people's mailboxes!!You could also see if maybe some elderly neighbors need some help with things around the house like laundry or running errands,or mowing their lawns.You could always mow lawns over the summer for anyone!!! Sure!! You lay down on a table,very similar to what you lay on at a doctor's office.They swab alcohol(I believe that was it)on your belly button and the skin around it to clean and streilize the area.Then they take,what basically looks like tongs(you know the kind you use in your kitchen,to pick up somethin hot out of a pot)that have a rubberband wrapped around the handle to strengthen the grip,and they pinch and slightly life the top part of skin,above your belly button,right where the needle,and later the belly ring will go thru.Then they take the needle,which is several inches long and ease it thru that skin.They may either put the needle in thru the bottom or the top.Mine was done from the bottom.It's just a quick pinch,and before you know it,it's over and they're poppin the belly ring in there!!:) It may bleed just a tad,mine did,but that's normal!!Take any anti-inflamatory like Advil or Ibuprofen for any aches and pains afterward,and a heating pad is good to lay on your tummy for a bit if it's hurtin you a bit.Make sure to keep it good and clean.You'll want to apply hydrogen peroxide,that's usualy what they tell you,to each hole to clean it out,and if you get the ring instead of a barbell,make sure you turn it!!My piercing guy recommended standing in the shower and letting the warm water run right on my belly button and rotate my belly ring.That really helped!!Best of luck hunnie and make sure you find a good,reputable place that uses very sterile materials.Make sure they wash their hands and you see them bring in the needle and the ring in clean packages,and already streilized!!!I've had mine for 2 1/2 years now and love it!!! I feel that my father is cheating on my mother. There are some obvious signs, and I'm not sure on whether or not I should confront him about it. (I'm thirteen.)
1) There have been small pieces of paper in front of the family computer with porno sites on them.
2) I have seen porno links on the computer's history.
3) At strange times of the day, his 'work' cellphone rings, and on the phone's interface it reads 'private call.'
4) I went onto the computer one day, seeing that a Singles website was completely filled out with my father's information.
My feelings are mixed--it could all just be a coincidence, and if it isn't, should I confront him about it or would I just be getting in the way? Please help me guys.

The key with eating is not to starve yourself,but to eat several small meals throughout your day.Just grab little snacks like a handful of chips,or a handful of strawberries.Whatever you like to eat! ;) To tone up your abs and stomach muscles,sit-ups and crunches are great to do!!Start out slow and work your way up to a larger number per day.Also,ab rollers are great!! Ok, I have a few random questions.
1. It's my time of month...so my skin is breaking out. And now I'm getting a pimple inside my nose. And it's not just on the edge...it's on up there. Is there anything I can put on it?
2. When I shave (mostly my legs) the very day...they are already fuzzy. I have dark, thick hair... and it seems it grows back within 1 night. I have tried putting lotion...but sometimes I think that makes it grows back worse. Any ideas?
3. I've decided not to shave "down there" but just trim it...how short should i keep it?

1)Unfortunately I wouldn't put any kind of acne medication on the actual inside of your nose.Typically those kinds of zits just have to go away on their on.It's usually just what you said,at your time of the month.
2)I have dark hair too but I've never had a problem with that...I use that Gilette Venus razor on my legs,with lots of shaving gel.Try and wait and shave your legs at the end of your shower,that way they've had enough exposure to the steam and moisture of the shower.
3)I would keep it trimmed as close as possible.Keep it pretty short!! ;)
