alisonmarie answered Monday August 9 2004, 7:13 pm: Yes. Your breasts have grown, possibly rapidly at points, and stretch marks appear on skin which has been stretched.
They're normal.
Palmer's Cocoa Butter with Vitamin E is often recommended to those who have scars after surgery; it will moisturize the skin and promote elasticity. Plus, it smells nice. [ alisonmarie's advice column | Ask alisonmarie A Question ]

SuGaRnSpIcE16 answered Sunday July 18 2004, 11:53 pm: This is very normal. Girls usually develop stretch marks on their breasts, thighs, and hips during their teen years. They will probably fade as you get older. It's very okay. [ SuGaRnSpIcE16's advice column | Ask SuGaRnSpIcE16 A Question ]

FernGully answered Sunday July 18 2004, 10:38 pm: Its not uncommon to have stretch marks if you grew too quickly for your skin to catch up. If you want to reduce the appearance of the scarring/stretch marks then I suggest getting Vitamin E lotion and applying it to the scars. It should help them go away. itsakadoozie answered Sunday July 18 2004, 10:19 pm: Strech marks are completely normal on your breasts. It just means that they grew in pretty fast. In time the stretch marks will become a lot less visible. And try not to tan in that area, because they will turn purple, which is very noticeable. Sw3eTi3_xO answered Sunday July 18 2004, 10:16 pm: Aw, yes, it's very okay!! All this means is that your breasts grew really fast and the skin was not prepared for the growth. Don't worry about it, MOST women have the stretch marks on their breasts, it's very common. Not to mention, they fade over time and if you're feeling uncomfortable with the scars, they sale creams and stuff at your local grocery stores and stuff that help hide them!! Mackenzie answered Sunday July 18 2004, 9:57 pm: Is it "ok"?? I'm not sure.. perhaps that's a personal opinion?? However, I know it's NOT uncommon, and it happens to MANY women! If you're worried about it, you could try those cremes that say they can minimize the appearance of scars and stretch marks. I've never used them, so I have NO idea if it really works, but I suppose it's worth a try if you're desperate. Goodluck! =D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
