Tie your right hand behind you back and just dribble with your left hand. Do this for as long as you can without stopping (about 15 - 20 minutes). Believe me, it's simple, but it works. When you get good at it start doing in between the legs dribbling. Another good way to improve this is moving the ball around your waist as fast as you can while keeping the ball on your fingertips. ]
yea i play basketball alot n my coach tells us to shoot w. our left n dribble but it helps more to shoot layups cur its harder if ur not use to it n once u get use to it u will have good left handed skills
Kourtni*! ]
Yea just practice shotting with your left hand more then you do your right! Thats how kobe got stronger at it so just keepo shooting with that left hand and good luck! ]
you should find a heavy ball and practice throwing it and shooting it. the heaviness will beable to build up ur wrist muscles. ]
Work on layups + stuff with your left hand .. just do everything you practice normally with your right hand with your left hand instead + it should get stronger.

Well, I should be able to help really well on this one, I've played basketball for 8 years and still going =]!! Aight, well, first, you wanna "flex" the left hand. If you don't know what that is, it's simply where you bend and lift it like you're shooting, kinda like you're waving. That makes it stronger, then you need to start dribbling between cones but SWITCH hands through out them so at some times you're dribbling with the left and then right. It takes time, but when you've got that nailed, try shooting from the LEFT side of the goal!! This should help!! =] ]
Dribble constantly on that hand, take a squishy ball and grip it and let go of it a BUNCH of times hehe rate me! ]
