ABull answered Monday July 19 2004, 7:10 pm: abs are not the most important thing but if you really want to work them try signing up for an AB LAB, palatese(spelling?) or yoga or some thing like that. they really work your abs and they are also very fun. and did you know that having a laughing attack is a full bodey and ab work out!! so start laughing! hehe! love, amanda [ ABull's advice column | Ask ABull A Question ]

((srry so confusing)) but ive read in magazines that they are one of the best excersises to work your abs!

But it does suck that whenever you gain a pound it shows!!I do sit-ups and crunches. If you can, invest in an ab-roller!!They're awesome!!!Those large exercise balls are also good to work your stomach and ab muscles.I'm actually trying a new ab workout routine right now.If you're interested in it,drop me a note in my inbox!!! ;) [ ShOrTnSwEeT42094's advice column | Ask ShOrTnSwEeT42094 A Question ]
