3hh hair n cLoth3s h3lp!
Okai will my friend she asked me about her clothes like she can NEVER find any store that has clothes that will fit her n shes skinney and around the world we have the same kinda stores so shes about 5'1 and she wears like size 0 in pants n like xs in shirts so if you can help me with that like if you knwo where she can get clothes that fit her! The other thing is her hair she has black hair n red streaks which are fading away now n her hairs medium length n if you know how she can cut her hair so it looks cute on her lol n plus she has a babi face n I was thinking like layer but would that look good?

I only know about the stores that I shop at. Im positive you can get your size at them. They are Abercrombie & Fitch, Gap, American Eagle, Gadzooks, Hollister, Aeropostale, and Weathervane but it's going out of business. If you have one near you, you should go ASAP while they still ahve thigns in the store!
I think for her hair if its naturally dark keep it dark if its not go back to it. A bob might look good in her hair. I can't really tell ya what will look good without seeing what she looks like.

Most stores at the mall carry size O or OO and XS. Try express, hollister, a&f, abercrombie kids [[ they have stuff that's not like, childish or anything ]] .. pretty much every store I've seen carries those sizes, so .. yeah.

I can relate,I'm a size 0 as well,and I know how frustrating it gets sometimes!!!Check out all the little shops in the mall....Express,Charlotte Rusee,Delias,Rainbow,Deb,etc.The Alloy catalog has some great choices!!Go to www.alloy.com and shop online or request a catalog by mail!!Also the Victoria's Secret catalog has a lot of good choices for smaller size girls!!Go to www.victoriassecret.com and request a catalog,or shop online!!! As for her hair,layers are really in right now.I have a bit of a baby face too,and my number 1 suggestion would be to stay away from short bobs!!They tend to make a baby face appear fatter and rounder!!! YUCK!! :( But some choppy,shoulder-length or slightly above shoulder-length layers would look good!!

there are soo maniie storesz tat carry those sizes . . rave, department storesz, eblensz, froever 21, weather vane,deliasz, qap, and a qreat online store - www.alloy.com. as for the hair qo to a cvs or qrocery store and pick up a hairstyle book the layersz i beleive would look really qood i have a lot of friendsz who have layersz and it looksz excellent. rate me please

okay well seriously like all my friends are size 0 and i go shopping w/ them all the time.. okay well jcpenneys has a really good selection of tops and bottoms, so does wet seal, aeropostale, delias, american eagle, abercrombie, and especially hollister!.. as for haircuts buy a magazine on hairstyles!

Ok, well let me tell you, my best friend is only about 5 feet tall, 97 pounds, and wear a size 0 also. there are ALL kinds of places you can go to find clothes that fit, you just have to shop around. there are stores such as "5,7,9" "The Body Shop" "Rave" & "JCPenney" that have clothes to fit small girls. And about her hair; you can go to the store and get a magazine that's all about hair styles, and they should have some good ideas for her. good luck.

Perhaps her hair would be cute if she got it cut about an inch above her shoulders. I don't know, that's just a suggestion. It's difficult for me to tell you when I've never laid eyes on this girl. As for clothes... 0 isn't THAT uncommon. I'd say JC Penney, Aeropastle, and Robinson's May. Goodluck, I'm sure she'll look great.

Try places like Express, PacSun, American Eagle and stuff they have size 0's and xs shirts... Yeah a layer would look good just do front layers though that would look even better then full layers :-)

Well, it sounds like she might need to put on a bit of weight, or look at her eating habits, for a start. As for clothes, try serching the 'net for specialist clothing shops, as most shops these days have websites.
As for the hair, maybe she should talk to her hairdresser about what would suit her, but layering can look nice on some people.
