My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

what size barrel is needed for hair like this?

You can easily use a 1 inch curler or bigger but when you're curling it wrap your hair around the iron and hold it for a little while. Also, make sure you curl section by section so you get more volume and use hairspary and when you're done curling it, brush out the curls with your fingers so it loosens up.

Kissing another guy doesn't mean that you're a slut or a whore and besides, you guys were broken up. Since it didn't take much to talk you into sleeping with your ex, he might think you're easy and try to do it all the time. Just think about your decisions before you do anything. My friend meg broke up with her boyfriend jake over the summer. jake and i have been friends since they were going out ( i met him through her ) i transferred schools and i now go to school with jake and meg. so i used to talk to jake ever night, and he seemed so sweet. he told me i was beautiful and that he loved me. i didnt really believe him, but i fell for him anyway. so i told my friends (including meg) i liked him. they told me about all the bad stuff he had done, and how hes sort of a player, and some admitted to liking him too. the words one girl used was like "everyone falls in love with him"
anyways, he did some really bad things to my friends, and just as things started getting amazing between jake and i, i blew it. i screamed at him and told him i hated him. he kept his cool. he was like you really dont hate me. i mean think about all the good times we've had. and you love me you know it. the truth, yeah i did. even when i told him i hated him, i knew i loved him. but i was so mad at what he had done, i told him i never wanted to even speak to him again. he took that seriously. we havent talked in like a week (yeah i know thats like nothing) but i really miss him. i still love him (not serious love, but i really really like him) i want to IM him and tell him im sorry, but then arent i giving in to him? giving him just what he wants? ive tried hard to get over this kid, but i cant keep my mind off him! what do i do?

What happened between Jake and his ex girlfriends has nothing to do with you & him even though they were your friends. Has he ever done anything to hurt you? You shouldn't of yelled at him and argued for something in the past because it has nothing to do with you. You should defenetly talk to him and apologize for how you have acted and give him a chance to talk. He could of felt something different for you than he has with other girls and he might be a different guy. Saying sorry and admiting you're wrong isn't "giving in" to him. You're being a bigger person and I'm sure that you don't want to end things with Jake this way. Things between you guys can be different and see how he is for yourself. Don't listen to other people and judge him of that because it isn't fair. I hope everything works out between you guys.

okay soo here's the deal. my friend ben started goin out with this girl named holly. and i didnt really know her until i heard she was making up stuff and was trying to make me and my cousin (also my best friend) go pick her up cuz ben "supposively" wanted to see her but he didnt. ben was starting to lose his friends because of her so i went up to her in like october and sorta yelled at her. my cousin and other friend didnt like her at the moment either. but now my cousin is friends with her and on new years eve her and our other friend were like oh my god answer this and i didnt know who it was and i seen it was holly and i was like "what do you want" and she is like can i talk to allie (my cousin) and im like she is driving.do you want me to give her a message? and she like hung up on me. my cousin says she is scared of me, and bens older sister was like is that girl still being mean to you? but i dont know what she said back. and like the next day my cousin is like why did you hang up on her holly, and she is like she wasnt saying anything, and this got me really mad because she was lying about it. but whatever and then my cousin was like oh were you with ben on new years eve? and she is like no and she was like dont worry he didnt kiss any girl, and then our friend nessa yells in the phone "YEAH EXCEPT WHEN MANDI (me) AND BEN WERE KISSING IN THE BACK SEAT" i felt kinda but but she was just like "what?" it wasnt true tho! i didnt kiss him, im not like that. i feel kinda bad being mean to her now because honestly i dont want any "beef" with her, i dont have a reason to but wouldnt it be weird if all of a sudden i was tryin to be nice to her? and i dont wanna apologize because that would be like...umm okkkay? and my cousin and nessa would be like what the hell, i thought you hated her. i dont really see this girl, because everyone thinks i hate her and stuff so they keep me away from her. any suggestions??

I honestly don't know why you hate Holly so much besides the fact that she makes stuff up. You should be the bigger person and apologize for being rude to her for no reason. I don't think that you would want anyone to treat you the way that you're treating her. Your cousins won't be like "uhm, okay" if you apologize to Holly. But, like I said.. defenetly apologize and I know it probably wasn't your intention to make things bad between you and her. You never know, you guys could end up being great friends if you gave her a chance.

It's normal if you get jealous. I think the reason that you get jealous when he's with other girls is because you're starting to fall for him and it's okay. If you guys are just friends with benefits then I don't think you can just stop beaing jelous. Try to get your mind off it because if he didn't like you at least a little bit, he wouldn't be spending time with you.

No guy should ever pressure you or threaten you to do anything that you're not comftrable with and you should not let him. You need to tell him to eather stop or end things with him because a realationship like that is going no where. He can't tell you what to do and you shouldn't allow him to eather. Talk to him nicely about it and if he doesn't change, break up with him because it's not worth it.

ok so im 14/f and still TERRIFIED of the dark. every night when i go to sleep i imagine murderers breaking in and killing me. I don't watch scary movies anymore, just a few here and there. the old ones still come back to haunt me, i'll remember any scary thought when it's nighttime. the fact that my house is PITCH BLACK at night doesn't help at all either. i really really desperately need help, i'm scared to go to bed at night. i can't even get up to go pee because im scared the killer with "hear me". i want to use a nightlight, but i don't want my parents to think i'm a wuss, i mean i'm 14!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me find a way to be comfortable in my own house at night.

It's okay if you're scared but it doesn't make you a "wuss". You should tell your mom to get you a nightlight, the ones that you can just plug in. She won't think anything bad. You're her daughter and she loves you no matter what. Before you go to sleep, listen to some music, read a book, or watch tv to get your mind off the bad thoughts. Hopefully it'll work. If it makes you feel better, make yourself get up and check that no one is there. Be brave enough to do it and then you'll get over your fear.

im getting braces tmrw and im really nervous about it... i hate the orthodontist soooo much and people in my mouth... i'm so nervous im gonna like feel sick while hes putting the braces on, ialways gag when im there and really nervous about it.. how long will putting everything on take? will it hurt a lot? answer everything and give details please if you can!

The process takes about 45 minutes to an hour. It all depends. I still have my braces on but when he was putting them on, it didn't hurt at all. It's a little uncomftrable because they put this thing in your mouth that makes it wide and the glue that they put on your teeth tastes a little sour. You're going to be in pain after the braces have been put on because the braces are pushing pressure on your teeth. Just make sure you eat soft foods during the first couple days and take some advil. It's all worth it though and make sure you take good care of your teeth. They're going to explain to you how to brush your teeth and what you can and can not eat but you'll be happy with the results!

My mom got me a Ralph Lauren white turtleneck sweater for Christmas, and I love it. The only problem is that it looks sort of plain by itself. I want to add SOMETHING to it to make it look less plain. I was thinking a thick, brown leather belt slung across my waist. Do you think that would work? What else could I do with it?

P.S. The pony logo is green, if it helps.

I think the brown leather belt would look really good with it or black. It would make it look better. Adding a long necklace wouldn't make it look as plain and it's cute.

What kind of sents do you like? Strong or light? Some guys like fruity sents like fr Happom Victoria's Secret perfumes. The new PINK perfume smell good and my guy friends like it. Also Happy Heart by Clinique smells really good. But if you want something more sexy, get Very Sexy (for her) from Victoria's Secret. :]
