It will be freezing. What most people forget to pack are scarves, socks, gloves, and some water proof shoes. If you like, pack a hat that covers your ears or some ear muffs. I suggest bringing lots of layers, and especially turtlenecks. Sure, they might be considered geeky here, but there everyone wears them over there. It also depends on where you're going. If its southern Italy, for example, it would be a little warmer but still cold. Temperatures tend to be in the 30's (Fahrenheit)

It's always good to pack a few warm clothes whereever you go because weather is unpredictable anywhere.

I looked up what the weather in Italy is like in February and it's very cold. You're going to need to bring lots of clothes to keep you warm. Cute clothes that you can layer! It's always a good idea to layer just in case weather changes.

January and February are generally cold with freezing winds from the North so it is advisable to pack lots of warm clothes. I suggest you pack things you can layer, so that you can add or remove clothes depending on your needs.
