My periods are very irregular, even though i've had them for almost 4 years now, my hair is falling out, im always tired, i get contipated and my nails are really weak. i'm sorry that this is happening to you. well first of all having irregular periods could be a result of a thyroid problem. but it could be something else. now the other symptoms could be a form of depression or guilt..... etc.
